“Avoid this Company and Wowcher. I am very disappointed with both these companies. Ordered a sign for my house through Wowcher and received no satisfaction from either Company. I will never order through either Company again”
“Ordered my item on the 28 th july , i bought a house number and street sign for my daughter as a house warming present .Bought it via groupon who only seem to put up positive reviews.i didnt read the reviews posted on this site. They gladly took my money, i have had no communication since, have e mailed twice, no reply .no "agents" answer the live chat, no one picks the phone, you carnt even leave a message . I have zero faith that i will receive my goods, is this an actual real company or a scam? I honestly don't know, am £17 out of pocket which might not sound a lot but as the company clearly does this to a lot of people its actually criminal as its fraudulent
Please do not be caught out , i only wish i had read the reviews on his site before i was stupid enough to purchase my order.

“I ordered a photo canvas from Deomatters. The photo canvas took 2 and a half months to arrive after I placed the order, and when it did arrive it was scuffed in many places and not properly stretched over the canvas. The ink Decomatters uses rubs off from the photo canvas onto anything it comes into contact with. I complained to Decomatters about this, but they say that is normal for their photo canvases. I have thrown the photo canvas away! Absolute garbage of a product.”

“Glass house sign. Just 13 months after delivery, so is just out of warranty period, black tape on Decomatters house sign has peeled away and sign is now unreadable. Because it’s out of warranty Decomatters refuse to do anything. Dreadful quality and customer service!”
