Ordered a banner through Groupon. These are advertised as usually being £14.99 plus postage. Received my item after paying £4.99 postage rather than the £2.99 postage Groupon advertise. I cannot even describe how bad this is!!! It was wrapped in an invoice which was thicker paper than the actual banner itself. The quality of the print is poor, faded almost. My 10 year old niece could’ve made me a better one. Contacted them and sent photos but heard nothing since, apart from the annoying ‘we have received your email and will deal with it but are busy!’ I’m sure you are, dealing with unhappy customers!!! Will be complaining to Groupon too as you’re ripping people off with this poor quality rubbish! AVOID BUYING FROM THEM, MAKE A BETTER ONE YOURSELF!!!”
“Please avoid this company- and the Groupon offer- like the plague. They didn’t send the necessary fixing parts with my sign and it’s taken over a month for them to send them, with me constantly emailing them as their phone number is conveniently “out of use”. They just send automated responses- even asking that you don’t send them multiple emails! Then they don’t bother keeping up to date with the latest emails and reply that they have already sent the package! Useless and shouldn’t be in business.”

Ordered a door sign with solar light, still not received, gave them the order number that's on the confirmation email, and they've never heard of it, wrong number. Going back and forth trying to get answers with the same old rubbish that is lies. Won't be using that company, DecoMatters, or Groupon again. They need to be shut down by the bad reviews I've been reading. Avoid, Avoid”
“I ordered photo facemasks. What I received was a photo printed on flimsy paper. It wasn’t cut out as masks nor were the eyes cut out. They arrived with a roll of elastic and didn’t even supply enough for all the masks! Shocking! Do not use 😡”
“When you look at Decomatters' delivery charges . . initially they may seem quite reasonable.
However when you buy several of the same item, they do not give you the option of combining the delivery charge, but instead apply a separate delivery charge for each item.
When the goods arrive . . you will find that they have 'not packed & despatched the items in separate parcels - as you have paid for' but taped them all together into one bundle - thus saving themselves a fortune on postal costs (one parcel delivery cost) and conning you out of all the money you have paid on separate item delivery costs!
And don't bother sending an email to their Customer Support Team . . they are NON EXSISTENT!
After waiting nearly 2 weeks for a response, the silence is palpable, and my inbox 'still empty'

When it arrived I was missing half the product. Customer Service are ignoring my emails since the 9th of October - I have in total paid €60 for a useless piece of tin...
Never ever order from them.

“Would give zero stars if possible. Awful service. Bought a groupon for this company, placed order, nearly 2 weeks on no item received. Contacted them (no phone number just a Gmail address) reply received. Item arrived next day.
Did another order via groupon, same thing, 2 weeks no item. Email them. Fet a rely saying it will be dispatched. 6 days later, nothing. Had to put in a claim to both groupon & paypal for refund.
Avoid like the plague!!”

“Don't bother ordering from here, they don't send the item out they lie about it being posted out, only will refund postage you then have to get your money from wowcher who then only give you wowcher credit and not cash back in your bank, would never recommend this company, don't advertise yourself on wowcher and Groupon if your not willing to post items out to people”

Contacted their support email who advised me that they had no order on the system although I have received an order confirmation email, was told they Will investigate, but no updates received since. Tried contacting them again, but was completely ignored. Do not use them, it's a scam!”
