“Je précise tout d’abord que j’ai toujours été très satisfait des produits achetés sur Deindeal. Mais cette étagère c’est une catastrophe du début à la fin. Après avoir ouvert la boîte des traces de colle sur le premier panneau, puis sur les autres, beaucoup de poussière dans la boîte, des finitions honteuses, un système de fixation façon bricolage artisanale (Des grandes vis qu’il faut recouvrir d’un autocollant…) Rien à voir avec les photos sur le site lors de la vente. J’ai fait une demande à Deindeal pour savoir qui doit assumer les frais de retour dans un tel cas puisqu’il ne s’agit pas d’un changement d’avis de ma part mais bien d’un problème de qualité. Je reste dans l’attente.”

“Die Bestellung sowie die Lieferung gingen sehr schnell. Leider kümmert sich der Kundendienst nicht um mein Anliegen, zwei Mal habe ich via Kontaktformular eine Nachricht geschrieben sowie einmal ein Mail. Die Telefon Hotline funktioniert nicht & niemand kümmert sich um ein Anliegen sehr schwach..”

“Sie haben einen falschen Artikel geschickt. Der Kundendienst ist telefonisch nicht erreichbar, schriftlich kommt keine Reaktion, obwohl sie auf der Webseite sagen, dass innerhalb von 24 Stunden geantwortet wird. Nicht gut!”

“While I found it easy to purchase the microwave/convection oven, I have yet to receive it! I never received any kind of tracking information, and in spite of repeated emails to the company, as well as being on hold for almost an hour, twice, I have not had any answer. I plan to cancel my order with my credit card company. Today, when I tried once again to call the customer service hotline, I heard a recording that said that the hotline was not working. Stay away from this company!”

“Bestellung wurde laut DPD geliefert. Habe das Paket aber nicht gefundenals ich nach Hause kam. Deindeal ist unerreichbar via Email und Hotline. Eine Katastrophe zurzeit. Ichbwerde rechtliche Schritte planen müssen, da die ich meine Winterjacke bezahlt habe und keine erhalten habe. DPD stellt fie Pakete einfach vor der Haustür ab wenn niemand zuhause ist. Eine verdammte Schweinerei.”

“Enttäuschend, weil die Lieferfrist nicht eingehalten wurde und ich keine Unterstützung erhielt. Zuerst stundenlanges Hinhalten mit automatischem Sprechband, dann plötzliche Mitteilung, dass die Fa. geschlossen hat. Am nächsten Tag klappt die Verbindung endlich und dann heisst es, es gibt Lieferverzögerung. Obwohl ich bereits einen Tag vorher die Meldung erhielt, dass die Ware an DPD übergeben wurde.”
