“Très déçu par le service client. J’ai reçu une paire de chaussures dans la mauvaise taille. J’ai contacté le service client à plusieurs reprises pour demander une étiquette de retour, mais aucune réponse concrète ne m’a été donnée. Il semble impossible d’obtenir une simple solution ou une prise en charge correcte. Le service client ne prend tout simplement pas en compte les demandes du client. Très mauvaise expérience, je ne recommanderai pas ce site.”

“Lieferzeiten nicht eingehalten. Ich flog deshalb ohne bestelle Koffern in den Urlaub. Kulanz auf stornierung war anscheinend nicht mehr möglich. Jetzt habe ich zuhause 3 koffern ohne verwendung und dieser Stress alles vor dem Urlaub. Lieferzeiten war schon immer eine knacknuss für deindeal. Hatte jetzt insgesamt 2 mal die gleiche Erfahrung gemacht. Ein 3es mal gibt es nicht. Die app wurde deinstalliert.”

“L achat facile. Par contre c est tres compliqué de suivre la livraison. J ai recu la comande en plusieurs fois. Vous avez tout fait pour rendre les retours extremment compliqué, car pour telecharger les bulletins correspondants il faut se referer aux email recu. Dans mon cas, les email sont arrivés apres la livraison. D autres e-shop ont rendu cette etape simple. Vous devriez faire de meme. Aussi, j ai constaté que certains articles ne peuvent pas etre retourné, seulement apres livraison. Je me retrouve avec 3 articles innutiles.”
