“I tried multiple times to call to cancel an order (1221132) I made to send to my daughter in Mexico. No one ever responded even though I called within an hour or so of placing the order. This is the replacement order and it came quickly but customer service is non - existent.”

“The map is great. I hope other parts will be published as well. I probably didn't read well but I thought the guide would be a hard copy with the maps included (to use on the road). The map is digital and the guide as well. I realy would like to have a booklet of all the maps. Maybe in the future.”
