“No response from De Long website for purchase. The map does not include other landmarks and or large roads (not able to tell from on-line image). Quality of paper and size not what expected based on description.”

“I tried multiple times to call to cancel an order (1221132) I made to send to my daughter in Mexico. No one ever responded even though I called within an hour or so of placing the order. This is the replacement order and it came quickly but customer service is non - existent.”

“Cost of map was high, $50, but being expected to pay and additional $30 for 2 pieces of wood and some twine to hang it is ridiculous. I mistakenly thought the "frame" was included with the print of the map.”

Hi Susan, Thank you for your review. We're very sorry that you are disappointed with the prices. We try to keep them as low as possible while remaining a viable business. The frame is a very high quality item and costs around $30 if you purchase something similar elsewhere, like on Amazon. We offer it because custom framing is extremely expensive.
