“I ordered a print. Delong charged me $39 (Australian) for the print, then $65 for postage. USPS International Priority. Tracking information was sent. After a week it still hadnt been picked up by USPS. I tried using the Delong support line and have had no response. An absolute rip off. Delong is going to make more money out of the postage than the product. Moral of the story is dont order online from Delong.”

Hi Jon, Very sorry that you are upset with us, however, you did receive the print in 10 days, we did respond to your emails and you knew that shipping to Australia cost more than the product when you purchased it. For the record, your shipping actually was 50.73 USD, while we charged you 42 USD. Obviously, we are not making money on shipping, but actually subsidizing it. Hope you enjoy the chart.

Hi Lukasz, very sorry that you haven't received your order yet. Shipments from the US to Poland aren't as quick as we would like. However, your shipment has cleared customs today so you will receive it soon. Hopefully you will change your mind about us when you see the maps!
