“5+ stars for the awesome wine chart. 1 star for the 'frame.' No instructions. Not intuitive. Needs side supports to handle the curl on the chart. Ordered the 24" frame set to straighten the sides to hang more nicely. Will need to trim them to fit. Sorry, I rarely leave negative reviews but this was a bit disappointing. Had hoped to mount, hang and enjoy, but now need to wait for the second frame and hope I get it trimmed and mounted correctly.”

“I think I’m going to really enjoy my map! It was mailed 13 days ago, and appears to be lost. de Long advised that I needed to wait until there were no tracking updates for 15 days before I could report the package as lost, but apparently I have to write a review now or never, so this is the best I can do. FWIW, the post office considers it lost after 7 days, which is why I reached out when I did.”
