“I ordered a map of French Wine Regions for a presentation I am giving. The map is accurate, colorful and easy to understand. The order came quickly. I would definitely recommend the maps at De Long.”

“Cost of map was high, $50, but being expected to pay and additional $30 for 2 pieces of wood and some twine to hang it is ridiculous. I mistakenly thought the "frame" was included with the print of the map.”

Hi Susan, Thank you for your review. We're very sorry that you are disappointed with the prices. We try to keep them as low as possible while remaining a viable business. The frame is a very high quality item and costs around $30 if you purchase something similar elsewhere, like on Amazon. We offer it because custom framing is extremely expensive.

“Some maps are either too short on detail or too intense...De Long maps get the balance right. I get a sense of the different appelations, the topography and the geography in a perfect visual format.”

“Your maps are quite good, much better than WineFolly's. I wanted to buy a set of all the maps, decided to write to support to clarify the nuances about the contents of this map set, and I was ignored. Twice. Plus, your site does not open from the territory of Uzbekistan without vpn, and the blocking is from the site, not my country. It's very strange. I have always hoped that knowledge and information, especially in our field should be available to everyone. That's why my rating is 4 out of 5. The product itself, your maps, are good. Thank you.”

“I ordered a print. Delong charged me $39 (Australian) for the print, then $65 for postage. USPS International Priority. Tracking information was sent. After a week it still hadnt been picked up by USPS. I tried using the Delong support line and have had no response. An absolute rip off. Delong is going to make more money out of the postage than the product. Moral of the story is dont order online from Delong.”

Hi Jon, Very sorry that you are upset with us, however, you did receive the print in 10 days, we did respond to your emails and you knew that shipping to Australia cost more than the product when you purchased it. For the record, your shipping actually was 50.73 USD, while we charged you 42 USD. Obviously, we are not making money on shipping, but actually subsidizing it. Hope you enjoy the chart.
