On 7/5/2024 I ordered a 9MM Conversion kit + Mag combo: R&D Precision Magwell Conversion Block for Colt 9mm Magazines + Recoil Technologies AR-9 9MM Stainless Buffer + United Defense 9mm (9x19) BCG + Ammunition Storage Components 9mm Colt Style, 32 Round Capacity 3 Pack, item #CO-36083, from Delta Team Tactical. The kit arrived on 07/13/2024 and installed the same day. Testing over 07/13, 14 and 15 revealed that the mag block would not function properly with two 9mm uppers that had previously worked flawlessly Sylvan arms meg blocks. On the PM of 07/15/2024 I contacted the help desk for Delta Team Tactical with a detail message describing the malfunction and requested a RMA. On 07/16/2024, Jacob G. (Delta Team Tactical) responded by asking for a picture of the faulty part. Since this item was purchased as a kit and one component depends on the other I was requesting an RMA to return the kit. After a couple of emails on 07/18/2024, Jacob G. (Delta Team Tactical) responded with the following: “I can send you an RMA number and a shipping label after we receive pictures of the items that you are wanting to return. Please reply to this email with the pictures and I will send the shipping label”. I sent a picture of the advertisement with the part number and a picture of all the parts from the kit. I did not hear back so I sent the pictures a couple of days later. I have not heard from Jacob G. after sending the pictures. I have not had any problems in the past with orders from Delta Team Tactical and appreciated their great prices and fast shipping but this is over the top.

Shipping time isn’t right and the customer service takes forever. I normally use them a lot cause it’s good products but I’ve been waiting on stuff and no one can tell me when I’ll get it …

Ordered a part, paid for shipping protection, package got lost in the mail so I contacted the usps and they said it was lost. Called and emailed DTT to notify them and they said they would have someone from shipping call me or email me with a solution and I still have not heard back from them and still no reply email at all. $269 I guess up in smoke since they haven’t reached out to me and I’ve called twice. Just want my money back. Even though I paid for shipping protection the package only has $100 insurance so even if I file a claim I still lose almost 2/3 of my money. I will never do business with them again.

They Send Me A Rifle Brace THAT DID NOT WORK AND CHARGE ME RESTOCKING FEE THE WORSE PLACE TO BY ENYTHING DO NOT GET OOKIEDOKO BY THEM .

Shipping screwed up an order. Theyre response was either I pay $75 to cancel order or wait a month and pay $36 to resend it. It’s YOUR shipping order that was messed up. Why do I have to pay for your mistake?

This place is a JOKE. They sell Chinese junk for 1. They don't stock a fraction of what they say they do and if you look up the address it is associated with several other online stores. Scammers. You purchase from there site and then they go and order from China to fulfill your order. Thays why it takes so long for shipping. They are crooks.

Orderd a complete upper g-19 received in a decent time frame but it is constantly failing 2 feed or go into battery currently emailing back and forth with them will update this according to how they handle the problem

I ordered a serialized lower Glock frame. The communication has been very minimus at best. It has been well over a month since the order. They keep saying that my FFL has not provided them with their license. My FFL says they were told by Delta the item was being shipped. Today I get another email from Delta that says my FFL has never contacted them. Don’t waste your time. Delta makes the charge on your account and then don’t send the item. Order from a quality vendor.

I ordered a 308 lower 02-27-24--it is now 03-13-24, the lower was never sent to the FFL. I have called for a call back 5 times no call back. The company does not answer the phone and they have the worst on hold music. Guaranteed to make you hang up. All I get are electronic B.S. They have my money and I am paying interest on it with "NO" lower. I think a 1 is to high.

Don’t waste your time or money. I’ve done 4 build kits, 2 of the 4 have issues jamming after cycling 3 rounds. After investigating it found the feed ramp to be the issue. The warranty is only good for 30 days after delivery. Do your research peeps, read all the reviews. They told me to check with the barrel manufacturer.

Be careful buying from delta team. A month after I did my credit card was charged $2198 from the Lexus dealer 3.6 miles north of delta team.

Took over a month to get a couple things I ordered delivered to me, and I’m only two states away. And the customer service is absolute garbage. They would not send a time my stuff would be delivered or when it would leave their warehouse. Also asked for a tracking number which they finally provided me when my products were delivered to my FFL dealer. Horrible company, horrible customer service. You trying support local American businesses, but when they can’t take care of you as an American ordering from them, there’s no point in supporting them.

Horrible service. No ability to reach company via telephone, email or internal message system. Order placed 3 weeks ago with no response to all outreach attempts. Also multiple listed phone numbers do not work. Have not contacted CC company for full refund. Do NOT shop here. Highly suggest another retailer or vendor. I would give a zero if i could. 2/2024

placed order on 2/19 mid morning, haven't heard anything 3 days later, sent email on 2/23 requesting to be canceled, instaed they sent a "tracking" number. I was NOT able to respond to emails and they shut off their website email. NOT GOOD..

My order was incomplete. After multiple requests by email, the correction process was started. This delayed my appointment deadline with my machinist. I requested that they take the incomplete parts back, and complete my order, including assembly which I would pay for. Instead, they sent me the missing parts and asked that I send all of the parts back to them to be assembled. I requested an itinerary and I have yet to receive one. This process has taken over seven months and has yet to be completed. I will never do business with them nor would I recommend them to anyone in the future.

I wish I had read all of the reviews before deciding to order from them. I ordered a gas block and gas tube from them. The parts came relatively quickly. After opening the gas block, I tried to adjust the adjustment screw in and back out. Well that was a no go. Whoever assembled it, cross threaded the screw when putting it together. I've emailed 3 times with my order number and have called and eft a voicemail. Been over a week and I still have not heard anything back from them. I just want a replacement that works. Save yourself the time and 40 bucks and go to an honorable retail shop and buy a different brand. I now have a 40 dollar gas tube. :(

Horrible took forever to get my parts got a sct frame complete upper only good thing about this Glock clone build was the red dot took pistol out to shoot and it’s junk I’ve tried everything it James like crazy failed to eject like crazy I’ve replaced everything in this gun dang near never again can’t get in touch with company

I have used them for years but....I placed an order on 11-28-23. It is now 1-5 24 and after over 2 dozen attempts both by phone and on the web sight I have not heard a word from them. They took my money but wont take my phone calls. There is ZERO customer service and I will not use them again.
