“I use to love ordering through delta team tactical, few months back I made a order and the item said in stock, two weeks go by and not shipped, I called and asked and they said out of stock and will be a while. Canceled my order. Made another order and going on over a week and still has yet shipped, sat 15 mins waiting for someone to pick up but nothing so left a voicemail.”
“Here’s how my order experience went with DTT recently Nov. 2023. I ordered a 20” key mod rail from them for $40. After a week goes by I receive 4 handguard barrel nuts which I didn’t order. I called DTT and talked to someone in customer service who said he’ll look into my order and for me to send them a picture of what I received which I immediately did. A few days go by and I hear nothing from them even while I’m sending daily emails about my order status. Fed up as the end of week nears I contacted my credit card and reverse the charge. The same day I reversed the charge I start getting emails from DTT with a return label to send the 4 barrel nuts back to them and some sorry excuse. This could have all been avoided if they were more Honest and up front. I don’t see doing business with them again or they're partner companies. BUYER BEWARE!”
“I ordered your website. I paid for my items that showed the item was in stocks. So, when I ordered that item should have been placed in a bin with my name and shipped. But almost two weeks later I get a message from you guys. Item is out of stock. You have a replacement, which I will take. Reason is I have already waited 2 was. You guys took my money fast enough. Took a long time to respond. I thought maybe you had some military people there. They would know this would be unacceptable. I was sadly mistaken. Being an old 1SG this supply guy would have been relieved of his duties.
Suffic to say. I will never buy from you again. Further, I will warn anybody against buying from you. Especially my military friends and family.

“Sent back 350 Legend upper back because it would not cycle. They sent it back and said it was fixed. Went to sight it in and they put a 223 barell on my 350 Legend upper. Just incredible.”

The shipping was slow but not the worst I've experienced. I ordered a complete kit minus the stripped lower. They forgot to include the stripped upper. After emailing several times I received I generic automated reply. I have emailed many more times with pictures of what I received and the invoice of what is supposed to be included. I've reached out to customer service multiple times to get my email off their mailing list and never get any kind of response while the emails haven't stopped. Don't shop from this company, they'll send your sensitive info to strangers.”
“I had ordered a serialized frame on 3/18. I am now well outside the time period that they gave on their website. Zero customer service. I have called a million times and no one answers. I sent emails and get the automated response that they are looking into the matter but nobody contacts me. I had my FFL send their information on March 21st and still no reply. I will wait in hopes that my items ship out but I am not a happy camper.”

Well now I finally get a response that they refunded my money but charged me a fee to cancel my order. This company are crooks.
