Website does not tell you if something is out of stock. For example I been looking some parts with the part number from the magazine, It won't pull up as "out of stock" it just don't show any results, I'm spending a long time thinking I have the wrong part #......... frustrating

Mr. Gonzalez, Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns with us. If we carry a product that you have searched for it will display regardless of the stock status. All product show their stock status on search result pages and product pages with some exceptions. If a product has variants such as different sizes or colors the stock will not display until you select the size, color, or other variables from the drop-down menus on the items product page. Another possible error is that you may have your global filter applied. (that is the one right beside the search bar). For instance, if you have your global filter set to "Trucks" and you search for a part number that only fits cars you will not get any results on your search. Make sure the global filter matches the Vehicle type, year, and/or model you are searching for. To search for all parts with no filter applied simply click on the filter button and choose "Clear Filters" from the drop-down menu, then begin your search. I would be more than happy to assist you with this process if you still cannot find the parts you are looking for. It is also possible that we may no longer carry the part you are looking for and in that instance, it would not display on the website. We strive to be able to fulfill all your restoration needs and it's disappointing when we run out of popular items or run into problems keeping the part you need in stock. I know that doesn't help. We have recently implemented a way for customer to be notified by email when a particular item comes back in stock. Navigate to the item's product page. If that item is out of stock you will see a large red area with text asking if you would like to be notified when this item comes back in stock. Click the button labeled, "Yes, notify me!" and when stock is replenished we will send you an email letting you know! The majority of the components in our inventory cater to vintage vehicles between 30 to 70 years old. These parts may not always be readily accessible as their production often relies on specialized industry manufacturers. Nevertheless, I would be pleased to investigate this matter for you and try to find out as much information as possible about the products you are looking for. checking out with how many bikes do you see is very confusing. I see only two bikes but they are spread out to many squares. Do you choose the main picture or all the pieces in all the squares?

You should only choose the squares that contain any portion of the bikes. This is an internet security standard used to keep our customer's information secure and safe. I agree that many times it can be confusing but we thank you for shopping with us.
