“small parts shipping is acceptable, not going to buy a headliner for $174 and pay $199 for shipping, that's unreasonable cost.”

Mr. Waldrop, I agree with you that paying more to ship an item than it costs to purchase it seems excessive. Unfortunately, shipping oversized products like Headliners gets very expensive because the shipper looks at the dimensional weight. A headliner is 67 x 36 x 2. As of today the best price to ship a headliner to your state is $251.42 by FedEx. UPS was 304.31. We offer different tiers of flat-rate shipping to streamline our shipping department and pass those savings on to you. Our Oversized-XL Flat Rate is $199. Since it's Flat Rate, you can add as many additional products as you like, and that shipping is still 199 (as long as the additional items are not Oversized or have to be shipped by Freight Truck) Thank you for sharing your concerns and we appreciate your business. “Many times the numbers in the catalong and the website don't match. I haven't received a new catalog since the 2022 edition for the 1967-1979 models.”

The exciting news is that we've recently completed the 1949-59 Ford Truck Catalog, and we are currently in the final stages of the 1967-79 Truck catalog you mentioned. “Please do not send me another cab corner made n Taiwan. The Us made one went n fine. The Taiwan made one did not fit right and i had to cut it out, it was too Big. Please only ship me the one made in the U. S. Thanks! I just ordered the replacement corner on Saturday February 10th 2024”

“my order would have been a lot larger but a lot of items are out of stock. The people on the phone are Zero help as to when other items might become available. I hate to go elsewhere but i'm left with no choice. Suggestion: There is a huge demand for a Factory Correct Sliding rear window for 1973-79 Ford trucks. ie: proper aluminum color frame and NOT the deep dark smoked glass. or, at least if we could get the proper slide channels to repair the rotted factory ones. Appreciate your help.”
