“The customer service I received when ordering new stools for our kitchen remodel was outstanding. I had forgotten to update my shipping address as we had recently moved. I was provided a response immediately and felt confident my order would be shipped to the correct address becasue I was actually working with someone directly associated with the company.”

“We absolutely love the Vail Stools. The quality of craftsmanship and materials is exceptional, and the pricing is substantiated upon unboxing as the quality and care that goes into manufacturing is immediately evident. I also want to recognize the care they put into packaging and shipping, as this was probably the best I’ve ever seen. Couldn’t be happier with Denver Modern and will gladly order from them again in the future.”

“Outstanding customer service! I had recently had the worst online experience with an online retailer called BURKE DECOR. You may read all about their complaints listed on the Better Business Bureau. Denver Modern kept me updated as to when my stools would arrive and they arrived on time. The stools are beautiful and very well-made. My only complaint is that the seats are too shallow. Only 20 inches. It’s great for someone who is 5’5 or shorter but for someone who is taller than this, it feels awkward. I am 5’11 and the front edge of the chair only hits the middle of my thighs. Had they offered one with a deeper depth (they don’t) I would exchange them immediately.”

“I coveted the Vail Lounge chair for *months* before finally making the decision to purchase, revisiting it every now and again, trying to decide if it was "just right". Incredibly happy with the chair and recently added the ottoman. It is by far the comfiest spot in our house. Reading from that chair is a total luxury and I can work for hours on my laptop without any discomfort. Love it.”
