“Staff were friendly and accommodating. One metal plate was missing from order and expedited the replacement. Sent wrong chairs but corrected immediately and received the correct ones within 2 days.”

“The stools are fantastic and look great. We had a little problem with the delivery. For some reason our order was under two different tracking numbers. That along with requirement to sign for order made delivery a little challenging.”

“Bought 4 Avon chairs and they are as nice as pictured. The leather seat backs required a bit of conditioning at first, which is no big deal; but this is the right leather for the chairs, based on the look, and the leather seat backs are really comfortable. The Denver Modern people are also very nice and responsive.”

“The products are amazing - the quality, design, everything! My only complaint is that the delivery was very bad, the vendor they choose canceled last minute and I had to reschedule and when they delivered they left the items in the street”

“Ordered some counter stools from them and they were beautiful. Sadly I did not like the comfort of them so we had to send them back. The customer service was great in helping with the return. They were prompt with the initial shipping of the chairs as well.”

“I purchased outdoor chairs and are so pleased with the chairs and ottomans. They are the most comfortable chairs. The quality and look is top notch. The covers that were sent were not the best fit if you leave the cushions on but I have not tried the covers with the cushions off. My biggest complaint is that the delivery company Fedex would not unpack and take the boxes and pallet. I asked the driver and he refused. Other delivery companines unpack, check the furniture and remove the packing materials.”

“Denver Modern has quickly become one of my favorite furniture companies. Their pieces are not only beautiful and unique, but also incredibly well-made. They truly elevate any space. Their customer service is commendable. I had an issue with my initial order, and they went above and beyond to resolve it, demonstrating a true customer-centric approach. However, communication could be improved. While my representative was always helpful and solution-oriented, responses were slow and often required follow-up emails. This extended the resolution process unnecessarily. Despite this, I'll remain a loyal customer. Their furniture is simply stunning and worth it. I encourage Denver Modern to prioritize faster communication to enhance the overall customer experience.”

“Love my new bar stools very comfortable. The reason for my 4 * and nit 5* is you buy 3 and they give you 1 free and I only need 3 so one will Sit in the box forever. I just wish maybe they could have discounted the 3 instead of shipping 4. There isn’t anywhere to put 1 stool. Just such a waste to me”
