The chairs loses its form after being sat on fairly quickly and looks flattened compared to when first taken out of the box. It doesn’t retain its shape after a couple of hours of sitting.

I received the chairs, yesterday but the delivery driver just dumped the crate with the pellets at my driveway, I understand it is curb side delivery, but what do i do with wooden pallete that is big and dumped at my garage way?? Also the driver was borderline rude, when I asked him if he can take WH pallete coming at my door step. Expected some better service. Anyway! Not a great experience! We paid shipping, at least just the boxes should be dropped not the pallete.

I had a bad experience regarding the sideboard. First, I was supposed to get it at the beginning of October, and I got it only at the end of November. Second, I got it damaged. Denver Modern will replace it, but they should see it before delivering and have better customer service regarding the delivery date expectations. About the products, I really liked the quality and design.

The chairs we bought are beautiful, but every time we slide a chair out, we run the risk of one of the feet cracking off. We’ve only had the four chairs for a few weeks, and so far 7 of the feet have broken off. They sent us a bag of replacements, but it doesn’t seem sustainable to keep a drawer full of these so we can put new feet on every few days. Bummer too because these chairs were expensive.

I am giving 1 star for the Range stools, which are beautiful but easily break if they are knocked over. However, 5 stars for customer service. They were so great to work with and went above and beyond to rectify the issues I experienced.

I loved the stools except that I needed them to not only be made out of white oak but to look like white oak. We needed it to match the white oak floors we have. The finish on the stools is very yellow and looks more like red oak. The photo on the website looks very light (like white oak) but after talking to customer service the finish I got in my order was correct (and not what I wanted). Just FYI. Other than that the stools were gorgeous and comfortable. I was very disappointed but had to return them because of their darker and yellow red oak color.

Thank you for your feedback, we appreciate you taking the time to share with us your experience. We do use carefully selected white oak with a clear non-yellowing finish but as with all wood products, there will be some natural variances in color depending on the age, application, or final finish used. This can make it difficult to precisely match woods from different vendors which is why we encourage our customers to request a free sample of the wood if they are trying to match another product.

I love the look of the chairs and the quality seems good, however, they are much smaller than expected. We aren’t large people, but they seem to be designed for a small framed person and not very comfortable. I’m hoping with use, they will loosen up and not feel so hard/firm to sit on. For the money we spent, I had higher expectations.

Comfy and looks nice in the room. The chair has been shedding feathers since we got it though and I’m afraid at this rate the fluff that makes it so comfy will be lost in a matter of months. Now I know why they sell the insurance.

I am enjoying our vail chairs and looked forward to delivery of the new slipcovers I ordered. However I am disappointed with the workmanship of the covers The selvage is raw and gets tangled in the zippers on both the gray and sand covers. My boucle covers have finished seams and do not unravel. I had expected the same craftsmanship when the linen covers arrived.

Unfortunately I was disappointed. I’m constantly getting poked by feathers escaping the fabric. So I find myself endlessly having to pull them out. Also, it’s only been a few months and it already feels like it’s losing shape. I expected a far better product considering the price I paid.

The product we purchased (Vail Counter Stools) are expensive, but they are well constructed and look great. The reason for the 3 star rating is the customer service they offer. We had an issue with one stool (obvious variance in color) and couldn't get someone to answer a phone, follow up on chat or answer an email in a timely way. I spent multiple days trying to get this resolved with almost no communication. When they did communicate they were going to send me the wrong color stool. That took multiple attempts on different platforms to get their attention to correct their mistake. I received the replacement stool on Monday (they ship fast) - but would expect a better experience when purchasing furniture at this price point

I had a problem with my first set of bar stools and the customer service manager was pretty efficient to pickup the defective chairs and reorder a new set. I hope the finish is uniform/ undamaged this time around.

The chairs are great but disappointed in customer service as the wrong promo code was applied (new customer versus buy one get one 50% off) and there was no consideration for an adjustment.

I absolutely adore my chairs. They are beautiful and so comfortable. However the customer experience has not been great. When I purchased the chairs, I paid for what I thought was white glove service (the website didn’t indicate a selection of different prices for S&H)since I wasn’t sure how heavy they would be and I wanted them to bring it straight to my apt. Then I was contacted by the delivery service that I needed to come down to the lobby to receive the package because they were instructed to leave the chairs in the lobby. I was focused to say the least. I contacted DM the day of delivery 8/18, and I’m still waiting to get a response back which I find highly unprofessional.

The vail stools are great! But the vail lounge chairs are not long enough for neck support. Would not recommend vail lounge
