“The product is great but getting someone to be responsive to me to place an order has been a problem.”

“Normally a decent product and experience; however, recently I ordered a leather ottoman and the way it was packed left a permanent crease in the middle. Customer service took a month to respond and then another month to ship a replacement. This one was folded and left even more creases. Customer service again hasn’t responded.”

“Really responsive customer service when you reach out. Product is beautiful. However, the shipping process was a bit of a black hole, with the item arriving later than was shown on the estimated date range on the website when we ordered and no updates on the shipping process for a couple of weeks after you purchase. The fork holding the couches together did break off on one of the Polaris sofas within a week of use and my husband had to find larger screws to put it back together. Overall, easy to do business with and would buy from Denver Modern again.”

“The chairs are very nice. A tad larger than I was expecting which isn't a bad thing. My kitchen Island has a 3" thick slab of wood, so not a lot of leg room with the 30" bar stools. If you have a thick slab keep that in mind. I may need to cut 2 inches off the legs? My only complaint is customer service is quite lacking. Many phone calls and IG messages unanswered. I finally got a live chat agent without much help. I had originally wanted the sunflower color and was told they could not tell me when they would be re-stocked. I wanted to take advantage of the buy 3 get 1 (bought 5) so ordered anothe color. 3 days after I received an email my color was back in stock, the others had shipped. Thankfully the color looks nice with my kitchen!”

“Love my new chair! The delivery experience was not great. I would advise that Denver Modern evaluate 3rd party delivery services. They showed up at my door and were ready to leave in the backyard vs delivering the boxes at least inside the house.”

“My experience with customer service was disappointing at first due to the delay in contacting me, but they have since reached out and answered all my questions. The Vail counter stools are high quality and I would buy from them again.”

“Love this piece. Minus one star for very light weight base; hollow not solid iron. Leather pillow top is gorgeous. It does move around but is not an issue for us. Love the strapping detail; adds that extra bit to make it unique and fun.”

“We are very pleased with this purchase but a lot of uncertainty as the shipping took the full three weeks and there was no communication in the interim. The shipping experience was well worth the extra cost of “white glove” delivery service but FedEx provided very little warning for the delivery. It would be helpful if an interim email was sent acknowledging the delivery was pending.”

“Shipping was not well executed but who cares...my Denver Modern Bar stools are gorgeous, comfortable and super chic! Customer service was ok...they did not all have the same level of information to be able to solve my issue but once I got the right person..all was solved and they waved shipping for the hassle.”

“Customer Service was great. Two of my bar stools in the cream Bouce fabric, started showing dark stains from denim jeans - even though the pants had been washed many times. I contacted customer service and they replaced the chairs. I still regret purchasing such a light colored fabric. I don't really think it is practical in real life. They look great, but wish I would have ordered either leather or black instead.”

“Great chairs. They are meant to be used as more of a lay back in your seat and relax chair, as they lean back at an angle. Get the foot rest with the chair and lay back. The cushion is very unique and comfortable.”

“The stools we ordered are incredible. High quality, sturdy, beautiful product. Only deducting a star because I ordered on March 19 and didn’t receive until June 26. Otherwise, the product quality is excellent.”
