“Would order from Denver Modern again! We received our barstools earlier than expected, and they were packaged incredibly well! Double sturdy boxes with plywood to prevent stools from being damaged! They definitely take pride in their products!”

“We fell in love with the Vail Lounge Chair at first sight. However, we waited and shopped around. Nothing compared. This chair is perfect and we wish we had just purchased this at the beginning. The chair sits lovely for everyone. You can tuck your feet up to snuggle or sit with your feet on the ground. The detailing of the chair is eye-catching but sturdy. We feel this chair will last for a long time. If there is any advice I can give someone reading this it would be the pictures look like a very "true white" but they are not. However, they are not cream or off-white so the chair still looks fabulous in our mostly all-white space. We will be buying another for our bedroom once renovations are completed. Customer Service is a ten out of ten. If you've looked at this chair, and loved it but hesitated just make the purchase! You'll wonder why you waited!”

“The furniture is beautiful with high quality construction and craftsmanship. The customer service is excellent. An item of mine received minor damage in shipping and the team worked hard to get me a replacement so that all the pieces I bought could be flawless.”

“I have had my eye on the Boucle/Oak Vail counter stools for a while, and they turned out to be everything and more than I hoped. The packaging was awesome and they look so beautiful! They are so comfortable I even purchased the Boucle/Walnut Vail loungers because I love the stools so much! Customer service is second to none. It could be intimidating purchasing furniture on the Internet, but trust me, you will receive an exceptional product that you will love!”

“The designers were very helpful with providing answers to my questions and offering an incentive to make the sale! They provided swatches and followed up while I was on the fence to buy. The chairs were packaged perfectly with an inner box and an outer box. The boxes showed no sign of damages like dents or tears in the cardboard.”

“The product is good quality and good looking. The service from Denver Modern was great. When the table did not show up in the estimated lead time, I contacted them and got a quick response. Delays were related to holiday freight schedules and had nothing to do with Denver. Modern.”

“Bought two vail loungers earlier this year love the quality and design. Hand delivered as I live here in Colorado, bough extra covers, the velvet is very durable. My puppy ended up chewing the wood arm cover on one chair and their customer service team promptly sent a replacement set ! This was very kind and was a standout in my experience furniture shopping !”
