“I eyed the vail stools when I bought my new house in 2022. At the time, I thought the quality of my stools would be no big deal, so I went with a much lesser stool from a big box retailer. My next door neighbor, however, did not. She had the vail stools and after having dinner there the other day, I realized my mistake immediately. I ordered six vail stools in white with walnut accent wood the very next day. They are incredibly comfortable and I find myself sitting at the island much more since I bought them. They have become my remote work office chair. Lesson learned, go with my gut. I love the chairs and my only regret was not buying them two years ago.”

“I had been eyeing the vail stools for about a year. When I was contemplating purchasing them, I had them in my cart, but was unsure if they would get delivered before our closing date on our new home. DM had the shipment held at fedex until after we closed! Their customer service is beyond amazing!”

“I’ve had the best experience with Denver Modern. I was disappointed at first because of lack of communication about my order (it wasn’t delivered on time and I didn’t know its whereabouts for a few days). However what happened after was the best experience ever. They reached out to me to confirm the delivery date. However I wasn’t home at the agreed time because my flight was delayed for 13 hours. They re-scheduled the delivery at no additional cost to me. Then they not only delivered, but also assembled my furniture. This was completely unexpected and a very pleasant surprise. Did I mention that the furniture looks great and is very comfortable? (I got Summit dining table, 6 Vail dining chairs and 4 Vail stools). Thank you so much, Denver Modern, way to go! “Customer service (shoutout Kyle!) was incredible, especially considering I was confused about the parameters of a complex delivery—they were patient and understanding and helped to get things set up with zero difficulty. I bought the Rio Lounge Chair. It arrived in one piece, on a pallet (this makes it a bit tricky! Make sure you understand what that means when you plan your delivery!). It's a wonderful, very high-quality chair, almost more like a sofa in that it's super heavy, and doesn't move at all with any amount of heavy movement in/around it. All in all, an excellent experience all around with Denver Modern!”
