“Everyone was very helpful in getting my order placed and giving me free shipping. The tracking was great so we knew when the stools were coming. However, the driver who left the first stool just left in driveway in front of the POD instead of closer to house......could have disappeared before we got to it. ???”

“Amazing chairs and the best costumer services is amazing. I had their support any time I needed it and they fixed any issue without a question. Needed to return, they made it happen so easily. Freak accident broke a chair, sent me a brand new one a year later. I can’t say enough about how impressed I am with their furniture. We have their stools and two side chairs in my house.”

“Denver Modern was impeccable with the delivery! I knew the bench was in stock, but I placed my order on a Monday and called to ask if shipping could be expedited since I’d be traveling in two weeks. Customer service immediately reached out to the shipping team, and less than an hour later I received an email saying the label was created and the bench was ready to ship. Long story short, it arrived that Friday! I’d seen a few reviews mentioning damaged items, but mine (delivered to NJ) arrived in perfect condition, very carefully packaged. I loved the whole experience and look forward to buying more pieces from them. Highly recommend!”

“Overall experience was good except that when calling customer support regarding the delivery of the stools (we ordered 3 and 2 showed up and 1 was delayed) I did not get a call back. I did receive a response to an email I sent later on.”

“Our first shipment was sent in error to the wrong address and only took me one phone call to Kyle in customer service to have it resolved. He was very thorough and followed up immediately with me and worked with my schedule to ensure they were delivered on a day we could receive them. Best customer service I've had from anyone in a long time!”
