“We LOVE our vail lounge chairs. They’re the perfect addition to our living room. We wanted something comfortable and cozy but not super bulky. They’re very good quality and we love that we could change out the covers in the future if we wanted to.”

“I asked a sales rep a question about shipping. She said she would have the VP of sales call me back. No one called back. I did order 6 chairs that were in stock. After not hearing from Denver Modern for 6 business days, I called and found out they hadn't been shipped yet. It did take only four days after that to receive them. I am very pleased with the chairs but the sales and shipping departments need a little tweaking.”

“The chairs loses its form after being sat on fairly quickly and looks flattened compared to when first taken out of the box. It doesn’t retain its shape after a couple of hours of sitting.”

“The Vail counter stools live up to the hype. They are beautiful! And you don’t have to sacrifice comfort. Denver Modern’s customer service is also top notch. One of my stools arrived damaged, and they arranged for it to be picked up, as well as shipped a replacement, so quickly. I would give 10 stars if I could!”

“Great experience. Easy ordering. Human interaction to coordinate shipping. Excellent, if a bit bulky to dispose of, packaging: easy to unload and ready to use out of the box (including floor pads). Product was as advertised, handsome and great quality construction. Some pics on the website made the oak look very light, which I didn't want. But it's not, they are a great color - see pics.”

“I’m not going to lie. I’ve been eyeing up these barstools for a while and even saw some knockoffs on another site and was tempted to purchase those but then read their reviews and almost all of them said their version was not comfortable and wobbled. Then I went back to Denver Modern and read all the reviews that said they were well made, stylish and comfortable. I know Denver Modern is a higher quality product at a higher price point and I think they are worth every penny for how they elevate our space. What do you think?”

“We purchased 2 Vail counter-height stools from Denver Modern. They are very well-made and comfortable. The color of the first stools we ordered did not go as well as we had hoped. Hortencia at Denver Modern arranged an exchange for us. They were so responsive and easy to work with. We would not hesitate to purchase from them again.”

“The chairs are a work of art. Great wuality& well made. Absolutely beautiful! They are simple yet also modern and luxurious. Well worth the money. I just want them in every color now. I wish they came in a swivel version. Had a delivery issue and customer service called me immediately to help sort it out.”
