“I wish I could put no stars. They have had £90 for 4 weeks and I have no products. Multiple emails have not been replied to. Stay well clear”

“Ordered 2 Inexpensive oven light bulbs on amazon, tried for 7 weeks - no bulbs delivered. OK got a refund but I wanted light bulbs. Hopeless. Will never use again. Then ordered on ebay. Same outcome. Hopeless.”

“I ordered on two occasions bulbs from this company. Never received them after 2 weeks and no notification of them being dispatched. Having contacted them by email, all i received was an email saying that that my money will be refunded. No apology and sympathy shown for the inconvenience that they caused. Would not use them again.”

“Oh the irony of calling your business Dependable Trading!!!... In my experience this business do not know the difference between an E14 light bulb and a strip light. A complete waste of time and money.TOTALLY INCOMPETENT AND UNDEPENDABLE!!!”

“We ordered an item on Amazon from this company. The customer service seems to be good but then they basically just throw the money back at you and think everything is okay and we cannot leave a review on Amazon. Never received, got told they'll send out a new one and then after we agreed they sent an email so refund accepted even though we never asked for one. Made a review on Amazon just to let other customers know and the review has been rejected and not put on.”
