“Robert Adams Had a problem with courier saying it had been signed for and delivered well not to me it hadnt any way first Sharron said she would speak to the courier which she did and yesterday i spoke to Greg and he knew all about it and they would sort it today my item arrived first class customer service thank you”

“An Interesting experience. I ordered a Flourecscent batten fitting, but received an LED battten. Apparentlty the website was incorrect and they only have LED battens. I spoke to Matthew in Customer Services, who apologised profusely and arranged an immediate full refund. So five stars for quick service.”

“I ordered a couple of flourscent tubes (very thin ones) and one was damaged in transit. The promptly sent a replacement even though the cost of the carriage was greater than the actual tube. I had had difficulty locating them elsewhere so I was pleased to find them, also they were a good price. Excellent service!”

“I made a shocking mess of an order for TWO! lots of special lamps but Dependable Trading refunded my payments when I discovered my error. Where shall I go to purchase in Future? Guess. My very best wishes to the staff and to the company.”
