“The sign is beautiful and good value for money I think but it did take a month to receive it and also I had no order confirmation come through, I was just lucky I had paid via PayPal to be able to track it. The man I emailed with back and fourth called Luke was helpful and chased it up and remade the sign as ironically it must have got lost of the post! Now we have our lovely sign and are very pleased.”

“I prevaricated between 'Acceptable' and 'Good'. Responses to queries were promptly answered - good. Delivery was poor. I had particular delivery challenges, so shipping on a Friday was promised. When the product did not arrive by the following Thursday, I chased and was promised it would be shipped 'tomorrow' (Friday). It eventually arrived on the Saturday. Product quality is not perfect. Surface and finish is good. Two letters are not wholly scored out.”

“The sign was brilliant but the address had washed off package and delivered to a neighbour is was wet and burst with no fixings. Other than that a good service.”

“Very simple design process that makes design very easy. Pleased with the quick turnround time. My only concern is where the fixing holes have been drilled, the rear of the drilled holes have blown a bit, and I have concerns, when I come to fastening it up next week.”

“Attractive sign reasonably priced. My only problem was I did not look at the proof carefully enough. There could have been more spacing between the words, but I ok'd the proof so that was down to me.”

“I was a little dubious as I had read some bad reviews (after I had placed my order!) but my order was fine, no hiccups and I was able to speak to someone on the phone when I needed to. Not the fastest of services, but the product is good.”
