“Was worried with buying blind online, but the sofas are well made and good value. Had to wait a few month's but was expecting that. Delivery was good.”

“I am really pleased to share this review of our experience with DS4U, as we are delighted with every aspect. First, the ordering process was really easy and the firm showed itself to be very flexible with delivery arrangements. Second, the price was excellent and the value for money is outstanding. Third, and most important of all, the quality of materials and workmanship are second to none. We bought a sofa bed which has already been used by guests on at least three occasions and all found it to be very comfortable. As a sofa, the experience is elegance incarnate. A truly great British firm.”

“We ordered on line, then got a phone call from them to check the order details which was great because we were not sure of the colour of the studs but the lady explained and changed the order after our chat. Then regular emails with progress, then nearer the time another phone call to offer a delivery date with loads of notice so overall a very simple but efficient process and service. Brilliant, many thanks.”

“We bought zebra print tub chairs, they are very well made except one looks darker print than other one but they look great all the same. Customer service was ok but delivery guy was not at all helpful .”

“Chair is amazing. Far better than in the pictures. Took quite a while for delivery but this was clearly explained to me and communication was excellent. Delivery was first class by the guys who respected our property and adhered to the current COVID guidelines. All in all a first class purchase. We will be back to purchase again. Thank you.”

“Spot on just what I wanted and at a very good price. I place the order and the guy on the other end of the phone explained that as I wanted Green and we had just come out of the country first lockdown my chairs and footstool would take about three months to manufacture. My chairs and footstool arrived on the day I was emailed with the guys turned up kitted out with masks and gloves and a strong smell of disinfectant from the furniture. The guys explained that with Covid being about everything had been sanitised and off they went 10 minuets after that had knocked the door. Many thanks Guys I will be coming back for more”

“I found dealing with this organization to be a pleasure. Even when I ordered the wrong design I was able to change it without problem. It would only be picky to say I found it difficult at times to understand the dialect of some advisors but that was overcome. It didn’t prevent me from getting there eventually. All in all an excellent company to deal with and the item I ordered is pride of place in my sitting room. Thanks guys and a big thank you. Well done. I will recommend you to others.”

“Very nice Chesterfield sofa plus high back wing chair and a rocker. A bit of a wait but given the pandemic not surprising, well worth the wait. Quality looks great and British, very pleased.”
