“Designer Sofas 4U I would highly recommended. From when we placed our order for a 3 and 2.5 seater Chesterfield London, Customer Service where extremely helpful when we where unsure of the matching settee. We ordered and received an email confirming the order and approx how long it would take to manufacture. We received a call to confirm our settee’s where ready for delivery and earlier than expected. On the morning delivery team where brilliant, called to say would be at ours within 30 minutes. My house it’s not the easiest to get large items in. The delivery team where amazing knew exactly how to get the settee’s into property, put in position in the lounge. Absolutely fantastic, so polite. We absolutely love the settee’s exceptional quality and amazing price. We will certainly be buying from them again. Thank you so much.”

“I ordered my suite online around November 20, I didn't hear from DS4U for some time, I was not concerned as it was being manufactured. Once the suite was nearing completion my colour choice was confirmed. Once complete I received my delivery date that was kept, delivered on time by 2 friendly guys. I had an issue with one seating position, this was dealt with promptly and professionally by Kayleigh. I'm very happy with my furniture and the service I received”

“Website helpful. Gives accurare pictures of the suites. Had to speak to customer service about seat height from floor as this information was not available. They provided the answer quickly and colour swatches arrived quickly. Easy enough to order on line. Took a chance when ordering without viewing or sitting on the sofa. Suite arrived slightly ahead of scedule and well wrapped up can not fault the quality and finish. well worth the money. Would thoroughly recommend and would buy again.”

“Wouldn't rate this company at all .product came which was wrong colour called soon as recieved it .got told by the contact number it was a mistake to contact customer service . which I did and the person I had spoken to told me that it was the correct chair and if I want to return it it there would be a 30 percent charge and another charge for change of colour would never recommend this company to anyone as the lady in customer services had no people skill and her attitude was terrible”

“Designer sofas 4u were excellent when ordering my 2 wingback chairs , Ordered them got an email to say all gone through : it was a long time 10 to 12 weeks delivery but I knew this before ordering so went ahead anyway . Received phone call 4week before delivery with the day they would arrive I agreed 2days before another phone call with a 2hour time slot perfect day of arrival text to say 20 min away arrived on time . Friendly delivery men put chairs in place . The 2 chairs are perfect very comfortable and cosy well made and the check fabric match perfectly. What more could you ask for especially when all done in lockdown .”

“Aside from the long delay waiting for the delivery which was obviously caused by the pandemic we have no complaints at all.....delivery people were very helpful, courteous and friendly and of course the 2 chairs were absolutely beautiful, well packaged and all”

“Amazing 5 quality and service, highly recommend. Bought the Chesterfield sofabed, unbelievable price, so happy. Looks stunning, we love it. Extra massive thanks to the 2 delivery guys, extremely proffessional even after working a 12 hour day already and yet another drop off after ours, all so we got it for Christmas arrived 23rd Dec. These guys were amazing and still smiling, thats customer service for you.”

“Really easy to order online and helpful over phone and emails on follow up correspondences as I had a few questions about deliveries etc. They turned up exactly when they said they would and delivery driver very helpful. Not to mention what lovely sofas they made for us, we love them.”

“Fantastic purple chenille wingback armchair. Not much selection on the internet for purple armchairs but this stood out and was very eye catching without being tacky. Good quality material and build quality was good.”
