“We had 2 x 2.5 seater antique brown Chesterfields. So comfortable and well made. Arrived much quicker than the lead time that was stated when we ordered. Delivery guys were also great, putting straight into our room of choice.”

“We ordered a 3 seater Chesterfield Sofa in Modena Aubergine. We already had a 3 seater sofa in the same shade from an alternative company (from years ago). The sofa arrived and we instantly realised it was the wrong shade of purple; turns out Designer Sofas 4U have 2 shaded of Modena Aubergine?! We refused delivery and spoke to customer services. A replacement in the correct shade was sent and in most respects we are now very happy with the sofa. We have one complaint. The website states that the sofa is hand studded which it clearly isn't. You can clearly see that the studs are connected in a chain and glued in place. We expected hand studded to be individual studs pushed into the arms (not glued).”

“Great price, really fabulous product, and great efficient delivery personnel. The only aspect of the service that needs improvement in my experience is the post-order communication; I had to chase twice to find out when I could expect my order to be shipped. Some sort of order tracking would really help.”

“Absolutely delighted with my new sofa. From order to delivery the communication and process was very good. The sofa is of lovely quality and great value for the money. I live in an old cottage with some restrictions to access but the delivery guys were brilliant and did not make a drama out of it”

“Fantastic service. We’ve been looking for a Chesterfield sofa for ages and they had a huge range to choose from. They delivered exactly when they said and the two delivery lads were so friendly and professional. Our house doesn’t have the easiest layout and many other companies have had problems getting furniture in here but they took everything in their stride, took their time and got both sofa’s into our room no problem. They even removed all the packaging. I’d definitely recommend them. The whole process has been so stress free and the communication from them has been great. 5 stars.”
