“Service and communication was excellent. I had to change the delivery dates and expected the worst but everything arrived on time and the delivery guys were very friendly despite having left Manchester at 4am in the morning!!”

“Order a leather high backed chair during lockdown, I was unsure at first ordering online and not being able to see what the chairs were like close up. We were given a time frame of how long the chair would take to be made and delivered and this was spot on. The chair was delivered by 2 lovely guys and it is just what we wanted. Really good quality and condition and very comfortable. I will certainly recommend them and buy from them again.”

“I recently purchased two distressed leather armchairs. I had been looking for some time to find exactly what I wanted and, when I discovered Designer Sofas, I was so pleased to find exactly what I wanted at a very good price. I spoke to someone on the telephone, before placing the order, and the person was very friendly and helpful. Having placed the order, I was kept in the loop in terms of the delivery date. The chairs were then delivered on the date I have been given. The delivery team arrived on time and were courteous and helpful. The chairs are perfect for our house, which is very old, and they look as if they have always belonged here!”

“These lovely leather sofas were worth waiting for. We ordered them in/05/when we visited the showroom, and knew they wouldn't be ready for a long time (they came from Italy), due to Covid etc. They were delivered in October on a day when many local roads were closed due to extensive flooding, and arrived very late in consequence (after 7pm). However, we were impressed that they arrived at all! The sofas were beautifully and safely packaged in huge boxes which protected them well. The 2 man team who delivered them carried them to the room very carefully. We would have no hesitation buying from this company again.”

“Very happy with the product and delivered before the scheduled date. Delivery men were good too. Now time will test the product. Only qualm is the cushions are not reversible. So, it doesnt have leather on the underside.”

“Overall we are very satisfied with the Chesterfield sofa and two chairs supplied and we ordered the "medium" cushion fill. However one of the cushions on one of the chairs is much firmer than the other and I suspect it is not "medium."”

Very pleased with the quality ,, the whole process with this company was excellent, Keighlee was very helpful & had great knowledge on all products at the showroom, the delivery drivers were fantastic, very courteous & helpful to my elderly mum , I would highly recommend this company to everyone,”
