“Excellent service I couldn't have asked for anything better the process was so quick and easy. I ordered a two seater sofa online I received an email with in minutes of me ordering a few days later I received a second email to arrange the delivery date that was then followed up with a phone call to confirm the delivery date. Just two weeks later I received a phone call from the person delivering my sofa to say he was about 30 minutes away, about 20 minutes later two men arrived unpacked a beautiful vintage leather sofa and placed it where I wanted it. Both men were very helpful and polite. This was my second order I have placed with Designer sofas and I certainly wouldn't hesitate to order from them again the quality and the value for money is outstanding plus the customer service is excellent. The sofa I ordered was in stock so it was very quick to be delivered but I believe a lot of what they sell is made to order so take a little longer my first order I placed with them was for two wing back chairs and it took about two months from placing my order to them being delivered.”

“A great service. We ordered a chesterfield sofa bed and chair from them, the build quality is extremely good and they are so comfortable. When delivered the guys were so careful bringing them in and were very courteous they are a great advert for the company. We have no qualms in highly recommending Designer Sofas 4U to anybody.”

“Order was for a wingback armchair.was able to pick from good range of fabrics & coloured stud trim.customer service rang to confirm the details and advised on firmness of product,I took their advice & was very happy with my chair.It looks beautiful & is fab to sit in.Great service & product,thanks.”

“I am very happy with the service I have received. For example not long after I ordered my items I received a call to double check that I had ordered the correct items. Prior to the order being delivered I received a text to confirm the delivery date. A few days before the actual delivery date a delivery time was confirmed. On the delivery day I was given an exact time of delivery. The chairs are brilliant, we have made a great choice in ordering from Designer Sofas 4U - such a professional company.”

“Delighted with my chairs and sofa. Having originally ordered the firm cushions the customer service team were great in talking this through and glad I went for medium. The appearance is just as in the photos and the leather rich and shiny. Looks far more expensive than we paid and look like they will wear well. Was informed that it would be one delivery man and being in a flat one stair up was concerned about this but delivery was with two people who had everything delivered to my lounge it record time. Delighted”

“I received my order today and just want to thank you all for your time and help. My black leather Queen Anne 3 piece looks and feels amazing. I am extremely happy with the quality and service I received. A superlative product. Louise had the patients to answer all of my questions and went out of her way to help me decide what sofa set to get and explained the different options to me so I was able to gauge firmness levels without visiting the show room. I look forward to future purchases. Thanks again Anu”

“Excellent service and great product for a great price Really welcoming and friendly staff in the shop, showed me loads of different options, easy purchase. Easy second instalment payment method. Great delivery came when they said after confirming with me, put the item where I requested. And a great finished item, everyone who sees it says how good it looks!”

“Pleased with sofas and the service given. We ordered two Chesterfield sofas and later decided we also wanted a chair. The team were very helpful in ensuring the leathers,studs, feet etc all matched . Calling back to check a detail that we had forgotten. Service and correspondence regarding delivery was great and the sofas arrived when stated to the hour. The delivery drivers patiently waited whilst we checked goods and final payment was not expected until after we had done so. Very happy .”

“Excellent service, very good quality, bought 3 + 2 seater Chesterfield sofa in Ox Blood red. Very happy with quality and appearance. Bought it when there was a 50% promotion on, extremely competitive price compared to other outlets. This place will be first stop when I want to buy any furniture in future. Super customer service, very responsive to emails and phone calls. Delivery men were efficient and helpful. Overall a very good experience. Highly recommended.”

“Having previously purchased a four seater I knew the excellent quality would be carried forward to this two seater. I was not disappointed and have been very impressed with the workmanship, care and materials used in their sofa's. The delivery was flawless and the two delivery guys were very competent and cheerful. I would recommend this company without hesitation.”
