“From start to finish dealing with Designer Sofas 4U has been second to none. I ordered 2 chesterfield sofas and was given a delivery date of 23/03 before 11am. The sofas arrived on the 23/03 at 10:45. The sofas are well made and look great. The delivery guys were friendly and careful when bringing the sofas into the property. The company also has an online chat service whereby you can ask any questions. Would definitely use this company again.”

“Absolutely fantastic chair - just as it looks on the site. Great price too, and delivered by two pleasant men who were happy to take it upstairs. We waited about 6 months for this chair - but were kept updated on likely delivery dates, and when they notified us it was ready to deliver they were very informative and accurate in their timings. Great service, great chair!”

“Our charity bought a Chesterfield sofa from Designer Sofas 4U back in 2019 and most recently bought a Chesterfield Club chair a few months ago. The quality, attention to detail and service have been second-to-none. We would thoroughly recommend this company and hope to use them again later this year to kit out our new cafe area. “I was a little apprehensive about buying online without seeing the products, however when the goods arrived I was pleasantly surprised and happy, chesterfield 2 seater sofa and 2 high back winged chair’s in antique brown, the quality and workmanship was excellent, one small issue but that was resolved to my satisfaction within 48 hours. To this end I ordered another chesterfield club chair a week later. Cannot wait to get this, and another bonus is it was all half price. Highly recommend this company without hesitation.”

“I found this firm online, reviewed their products, spoke with them direct and placed my order in August 2021. I ordered 4 x Queen Anne antique leather chairs and 2 matching foot stools, estimated delivery 4-18 October. Delivered 24 October which was brilliant in this Covid situation. Really pleased with the quality of the furniture, really classy and fulfilled my hopes/ expectations 100% Would happily recommend, fabulous value.”

“Went to the show room for a viewing of the furniture. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff with no hard sell, excellent. We were kept informed about progress of manufacture of our sofa and chairs and delivery date agreed. Delivery was on the day and exact time as agreed, two deliverymen very helpful. We have only had our furniture for three months, so time will tell.”

“Very good customer care throughout, especially Sarah who pulled my attention to something I missed. Professional delivery guys who knew what they were doing and called me 15 minutes before delivery. “Delivery guys very friendly and helpful, I had the 2 seater Chesterfield and 2 queen anne chairs x 2 footstool and puff the colour was ivory it was a bit darker than the picture shown apart from that it is a great investment and looks amazing I give you guys a5rating from the customer service to the delivery ?”

“Order Confirmation - 167478 Received my sofa/armchair on 27th November 2021. Damaged on the left arm when I removed the packaging. Baggy, shoddy folds on the chesterfield. You can see the wall through the joint on the corner part of the sofa. I have emailed and called the office on numerous occasions and not even had a courtesy call to acknowledge the issues. Just keep getting told they will escalate the complaint and somebody will call me back. Paid over £3,600.00 for this and the craftsmanship of it is an absolute disgrace. Trade and standards will be getting a call from me. I would not recommend this company to anybody. -------------------------------------------------- With regards to your response, I’ve been trying to reach out to your company for over 3 weeks and it’s taken a negative review on a highly regarded public platform in order to get a any correspondence from you. ------------------------------------------------- In December 2021, following on from numerous emails and telephone calls that were ignored, I finally managed to speak to management regarding my sofa/armchair who admitted that the product they supplied was shocking and that they can't understand how it passed quality control. I was told that the product needed to be recalled and replaced but as of yet this has still not happened. I called their office yesterday to arrange a weekend collection for the recall and was told Designer Sofas 4U would not be willing to collect the items of a weekend and would expect me to take time off work during the week for their convenience - They are not even able to commit to a collection time. Diabolical customer service is an understatement. Next step will be seeking legal advice...”

“Excellent service I couldn't have asked for anything better the process was so quick and easy. I ordered a two seater sofa online I received an email with in minutes of me ordering a few days later I received a second email to arrange the delivery date that was then followed up with a phone call to confirm the delivery date. Just two weeks later I received a phone call from the person delivering my sofa to say he was about 30 minutes away, about 20 minutes later two men arrived unpacked a beautiful vintage leather sofa and placed it where I wanted it. Both men were very helpful and polite. This was my second order I have placed with Designer sofas and I certainly wouldn't hesitate to order from them again the quality and the value for money is outstanding plus the customer service is excellent. The sofa I ordered was in stock so it was very quick to be delivered but I believe a lot of what they sell is made to order so take a little longer my first order I placed with them was for two wing back chairs and it took about two months from placing my order to them being delivered.”
