“Item manufactured to order, good quality product, looks great and is very comfortable. Good correspondence thought out, delivery took a while as initial delivery date had to be postponed due to us being on holiday. That is obviously not the company’s fault, the next delivery date was then a while later but well worth the wait! Would recommend this company.”

“My sofa was delivered this morning within the timescale given - the 2 guys who made the delivery were exceptional - polite, friendly and very quick - I was worried that the sofa wouldn’t fit through the door but they made it look easy - expertly done and obviously hard working- the sofa looks lovely and just as I imagined- well done”

“The zip on the cushion on an armchair I bought in/05/2022 I noticed had broken. I emailed customer services and got a very speedy reply. Samantha was super helpful and even though my chair was out of warranty she told me to send the cover to them and a new zip was put in and sent back to me next working day. A1 service. Thank you”

“Bought a corner Chesterfield sofa, specialised to have firm cushions and taller feet as I have a back problem. The sofa was made to order and arrived when expected. I was delighted with the comfort and quality overall but there was a minor problem with one of the cushions. A replacement cushion was made and sent to me with no quibble. The after sales service from Kayleigh was second to none. Definitely recommended.”

“Fab choice and easy to navigate site. Free swatches to see the actual colours. The prices appear really good and when you receive your furniture you realise they actually are good prices. The quality is great. My item was delivered into my front room so no heaving heavy furniture around. Great experience all round, the only problem was choosing the right piece for me.”

“I’ve waited nearly a year to write this review, for honest feedback. I wasn’t sure when ordering online if I’d be happy with my purchase (measurements taken and colour), It was daunting. My sofa arrived, the exact Colour I imagined, it was beautiful. There was a little flaw in the stitching of one the seat cushions, on the two seat sofa. I spoke with Samantha, she rectified it and ordered a new one and I had two matching seating cushions arrive for the sofa. Excellent customer service. I waited again to see how the cushioning and Leather would withhold with lots of use. I have to say, that I’m delighted! The sofa is still as good as new, the leather, craftsmanship and cushioning has easily withheld our daily use. It’s just perfect and comfortable. I would definitely recommend. I’m really happy with this purchase. Also, if unsure of colour or any other questions, ask for a virtual tour, very helpful (they shown me the colour of my sofa in the work shop and answered all my questions). Thank you Samantha and team, Sorry it’s so late.”
