“Ordering was easy online, nice chair which was delivered on time. However I wish I had got a swatch before ordering, as it looked grey in the picture but is more beige. There was a small chip in one of the back legs, which I covered with a pen! Very comfortable chair.”

“I bought a sofa in April and was absolutely thrilled with it,however,in August I noticed a tiny bit of stitching loose,I contacted them and the after sales person(Samantha W)got straight back to me,the sofa cushion was returned,repaired the same day they recieved it and immediately sent back to me and I received it back the next day. I highly recommend Designer Sofas4u for the quality of their Sofas and their excellent after sales service.”

“After seeing negative reviews we decided to do a 2 hour round trip to see the two wing back chairs we were thinking of buying. We were greeted by Kayleigh who could not have been more helpful showing us and explaining in detail each of the different types of chairs. Kayleigh also explained the 30% retention of refund before we signed up however also went through each scenario to put our mind at rest. The type of leather used can have bites, scratches etc evident and again we understood and had two chairs delivered but unfortunately one was worse than expected so we contacted the after sales and dealt with Samantha who again was more than helpful and with no quibble or request for evidence immediately arranged a replacement chair to be sent in. It was a smooth process with no hiccups and we now have 2 chairs we are more than happy with. The sales team and after sales could not have done a better job. Just take the time to check before you accept negative reviews. I must add the delivery team were courteous and helpful Again thanks to all the team”

“We are delighted with the sofa. When it arrived in boxes we were told we would have to assemble it ourselves. We were not aware of this when we bought it. We gave your driver's a tip and they did help somewhat. That is why it's a 4 star and not 5”

“I was looking to purchase a Chesterfield Sofa. I had a specific shape in mind and I have wanted one for many years. I had a few companies in mind and after several emails with Designersofas4u I decided to go ahead. The first thing I noticed was the price and it's a whole lot of value for money. There were lots of payment options available and I decided to pay 50% upfront and then 50% just before delivery. As I wanted a bespoke design the sofa was built for me taking approximately 6 weeks. A 3+1 in antique tan. Throughout the process I have to say the customer service was excellent. The delivery as smooth as it could possibly be. I received an email the day before with expected delivery between 10am and 13:00pm and a text message 45 minutes before delivery. Within 15 minutes of arrival the delivery men had the sofa set up in my living room and we're gone. I haven't had a chance to try the sofa to see how comfortable it is yet but all I can say is I will definitely use this company in the future. Thank you”

“I am exceptionally happy with my purchase. The quality of the leather is amazing. I loved how the sofa came carefully wrapped up. The service was very good, the only downfall in customer service, is that I was waiting in vain for the swatches to arrive, no one contacted me to say that they did not have any in stock, so I took a chance and ordered the colour (grey). When the sofa arrived, I really liked the colour. Thanking the delivery guys KG & MV for assembling it together.”

“Was bit hesitant ordering online as never ordered from them before. I must say it was very easy and straightforward. The sofas were delivered on time and the driver rang me 30 minutes prior to the arrival per my request. The delivery guys were very nice and helpful. The quality looks good, I haven’t used yet much yet so can’t say how durable they are but they look very nice. Will definitely be ordering from here again without hesitation. Highly recommended!”

“Nice quality sofas manufactured in the UK. We are happy with the quality. Few points to note: 1) Colours that were reflected as available online were not available and it took a long time to finalise our order due to unavailability of certain colours and back and forward samples. 2) Delivery is a nightmare. The company provides you the date of the delivery and if does not suit you, you will be provided another slot in 6-8 weeks time! Not customer friendly at all.”
