“I have bought a two seater midnight blue chesterfield style settee....the quality is second to none... absolutely love it...had a phone call before I committed to check that the cushions I had ordered with it were correct...as I ordered firm and they just wanted to tell me that they were very firm...and was that ok or did I want to change to softer cushions ....I didn't as firm is far better for me as I have a bad back and the sofa is just perfect for me...Delivery day came, they rang an hour before to tell me that they were on route and got my sofa through a tricky tight lobby which could have damaged my decor but they were extremely careful and no damage was done ...couldn't fault them..”

“Designer Sofas 4U I would highly recommended. From when we placed our order for a 3 and 2.5 seater Chesterfield London, Customer Service where extremely helpful when we where unsure of the matching settee. We ordered and received an email confirming the order and approx how long it would take to manufacture. We received a call to confirm our settee’s where ready for delivery and earlier than expected. On the morning delivery team where brilliant, called to say would be at ours within 30 minutes. My house it’s not the easiest to get large items in. The delivery team where amazing knew exactly how to get the settee’s into property, put in position in the lounge. Absolutely fantastic, so polite. We absolutely love the settee’s exceptional quality and amazing price. We will certainly be buying from them again. Thank you so much.”

“The true review of a company is how they behave when something goes wrong. I had my sofa delivered with a tiny flaw in one of the cushions. One call, one email with a picture and it was sorted! No arguing, no debate. Just an apology and a promise of a replacement cushion. Worth also noting that the ordering and delivery was also a pleasure. Drivers delivered on what was the hottest day of the year and were friendly and polite (despite lifting the sofa up to my first floor flat). Would recomend these guys to anyone (and sofa looks great and third of other chesterfields i looked at)”

“I ordered some swatches on 24/05/2022 as I was unsure of what colour I liked. I was in shock to open my post today and they was there. I have to say the speed they arrived was amazing and showed me what a fantastic service they offer. This shows me how effective there service is and I am so looking forward to placing my order for my sofa. If the service they gave me for the swatch order is anything to go by I will be over the mood and the quality of the swatches I got sent was fantastic.”

“Had 2 and a 3 seat leather chesterfield sofa delivered today. Delivered when stated, the delivery guys put sofas where required and took away all packaging. Sofas look as they should do, seem extremely well made, very pleased with the product”

“My sofa was delivered this morning within the timescale given - the 2 guys who made the delivery were exceptional - polite, friendly and very quick - I was worried that the sofa wouldn’t fit through the door but they made it look easy - expertly done and obviously hard working- the sofa looks lovely and just as I imagined- well done”
