“Easy ordering, communication was great in fact had 3 confirmations of delivery. The only blip was that we requested different legs but received with the original legs. But got exactly what we ordered online in the timescale given”

“I can only praise this company for their service I have contacted them on several occasions and have always had a prompt and courteous response. My sofas were delivered by two lovely men who had the furniture set up in no time at all and all packaging removed. I had a few small issues with the furniture and their after sales Manager Samantha has been marvellous she quickly arranged for a technician to come out and he sorted the minor problems out in no time. I think praise should be given when due and this company deserves just that. My furniture is lovely the small issues resolved quickly I cannot fault this company for their service. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Once again I wish to thank Samantha for her quick and courteous response and the help she provided for me. I give a big thumbs up to this company.”

“Very high quality Queen Anne wingback Chesterfield ox blood red armchair (wow that’s a mouthful!) I am blown away by the quality of the armchair and it has added an element of class that our newly decorated living room needed. Combined with the leather aftercare kit also purchased from designer sofas4u I can see this lasting many years. Delivery drivers were very helpful and got it to the living room in a first floor flat with no issues. When I next need furniture we will most likely be buying from these guys. Thanks”

“Beyond expectations. Quality of product and customer service shown by designer sofas4u is a benchmark other companies should strive to replicate. I ordered a wing back chair with a firm seat cushion believing because I'm 6'7" and 18 stone this would support me best. Within 48hrs a customer service agent contacted me to discuss the order and raised the choice of seat cushion firmness. After discussing this point on advice I opted to change to medium firm. Contact for delivery by text and email for delivery was excellent. Delivery on the day was of the same standard and a phonecall from the delivery driver giving an exact time of arrival was very convenient. The delivery men were very polite and professional. I'm not impressed very easily and often to my own detriment hold the bar too high. This is one company that exceeded that bar.”
