“Beautiful chairs, bought to match 2 chesterfield sofas that we had bought from them 3 or 4 years ago, and I must say they look stunning! No problems whatsoever, we would certainly recommend Designer Sofas 4U.”

“It was a leap of faith having bought 'big ticket' furniture online for the first time without seeing the end product in advance, but the big day arrived and so did two beautiful Queen Anne chairs and Chesterfield sofa. We did have some problems. Firstly two of the buttons popped from the sofa, and after two days the sofa cushions leather began to stretch and not spring back like the chair cushions - this got steadily worse. I called customer services and was almost immediately put in touch with Samantha, and feeling let down was waiting for excuses and 'not our problem sir'. The response was the opposite. Samantha dispatched a technician who on two occassions travelled some distamce to sort the buttons on the sofa - and she agreed to swap out the sofa cushions no questions asked, on recommendation from the technician We have just been informed that the new cushions are on the way - and hopefully they won't give us the same issues. I have to say that in all dealings with Samantha, the after sales support she offered was absolutely first class, with the problems that could have turned into major issues for us after forking out £2K, having been resolved without quibble in a reasonable timeframe given the distance between us Samantha, in the nicest possible way I hope I don't have to Whatsapp you again - but if I do I know you will do your best. “I recently purchased two distressed leather armchairs. I had been looking for some time to find exactly what I wanted and, when I discovered Designer Sofas, I was so pleased to find exactly what I wanted at a very good price. I spoke to someone on the telephone, before placing the order, and the person was very friendly and helpful. Having placed the order, I was kept in the loop in terms of the delivery date. The chairs were then delivered on the date I have been given. The delivery team arrived on time and were courteous and helpful. The chairs are perfect for our house, which is very old, and they look as if they have always belonged here!”

“Was a bit worried about some of the reviews but got to say my order was delivered by 2 very friendly drivers who knew what they where doing to get my two oxblood chesterfields in the house. There is a smell to them like some of the reviews say , it’s leather. The quality of the sofas far outways the low price payed. Really good quality and they look bloody great. There was a 4 week wait time from order to delivery and there was no contact from company , I rang them the last day before 4 weeks was up and they said it would be here next day .....and it was. So I will definatly use these again and i now trust them highly. If I had one criticism and it’s a small one it would be a email or call to inform us how order is progressing would be nice. But like I said the quality is better then expected and delivered in the time frame said. Well done and thank you”

“Great service from Order to Delivery the team went out of their way to ensure I had made the right purchase, especially Becky who managed my queries at point of pre and post purchase. Delivery was confirmed and swift, again with the drivers staying for a full confirmation of approval before leaving. Quality products for both of my purchases Thank you.”

“Really easy to order online and helpful over phone and emails on follow up correspondences as I had a few questions about deliveries etc. They turned up exactly when they said they would and delivery driver very helpful. Not to mention what lovely sofas they made for us, we love them.”

“The guys who delivered were very helpful to manoeuvre the sofa into my home. Sofa looked as good as expected, shade of blue was slightly different but fine. Sofa bed works well, bought a topper to make it a little more comfortable.”
