“Small communication issue at first but sorted out promptly Delivery issue free and professional I ordered a Chesterfield with crystal buttons and a scarface chair first class workmanship brought many sofas over the years this is probably the finest workmanship and materials I have seen Could not recommend enough Adrian Gregory Brown East london”

“Great quality and service Was very nervous spending that type of money, the time they gave was correct, The delivery driver was spot on and delivered up 3 flights of stairs ( no lifts) I also live in Edinburgh other side of country lol from there depo, and that wasn’t an issue either ( if you live in a tiny (London/Edinburgh Flat the sofas or chairs are perfect size for this ,I can’t believe how light they are so extremely easy moveable and very comfortable, I have also recommended to friends and family , 5 stars I definitely be back ?”

“This review is purely based on the customer service I received from Samantha when ordering. She sorted out a problem with my order and when she noticed a further problem, she went to the trouble of calling me back and verifying whether the order was correct, by dong this she prevented me from receiving the wrong item even though the mistake in ordering had been mine. I haven't received the chairs yet as I only just made the order and therefore cannot comment on the quality of the product or the after sales service, but if the quality of service I have received so far is an indication then I will be a very happy customer indeed.”

“I’ve waited nearly a year to write this review, for honest feedback. I wasn’t sure when ordering online if I’d be happy with my purchase (measurements taken and colour), It was daunting. My sofa arrived, the exact Colour I imagined, it was beautiful. There was a little flaw in the stitching of one the seat cushions, on the two seat sofa. I spoke with Samantha, she rectified it and ordered a new one and I had two matching seating cushions arrive for the sofa. Excellent customer service. I waited again to see how the cushioning and Leather would withhold with lots of use. I have to say, that I’m delighted! The sofa is still as good as new, the leather, craftsmanship and cushioning has easily withheld our daily use. It’s just perfect and comfortable. I would definitely recommend. I’m really happy with this purchase. Also, if unsure of colour or any other questions, ask for a virtual tour, very helpful (they shown me the colour of my sofa in the work shop and answered all my questions). Thank you Samantha and team, Sorry it’s so late.”

“Ordered two era sofas, was unable to decide at first as this was a big decision and the choice was overwhelming. Customer service was brilliant, I took my time, and received two beautiful sofas. They look stunning. Delivery drivers were very professional, and courteous. I would reccomend designersofas4u to anyone who wants, design,quality and good service .”

“I love my chesterfield chairs... took me 6 months to decide where to go n what colour to have. Was still scared about ordering online as I had never ordered a chair in this manner. I found the live chat very helpful with my questions...swatches were handy as well ...chairs came on time delivered by 2 delivery men whom were polite and professional. Thank you ...”
