“I love my sofa and ottoman so much, the craftsmanship is superb. Every time I had contact with designer sofas 4 u, the staff were helpful and polite. The delivery service was excellent, positive and understanding, I couldn't be happier. Many thanks to all at Designer Sofas4U, I will definitely be back soon!”

“I had a very good experience with this company. Ordered 2x 2 seater settees, chose the color of the leather and wood. Had to wait for it to be ready, but they arrived within three months. The customer service has been exceptional, very friendly and helpful when I enquired on the delivery date. The sofas are so beautiful and well made. Now they have to be sat on to make them lived-in. New leather sofas always take a bit of time to become cozy. I'm so happy with my purchase.”

“I bought a nice swivel chair from designersofas 4you. At the end it turned out that the chair was very good quality, nicely looking, comfortable. But the process of buying was quite an experience. First, the delivery time was about 4 moth. During that time I phoned several times trying to explain that I am using my transport company, based in London. Every time nobody remembered about my order and had to check and recheck. I think until the end the people fro “4you” did not get the idea and for this reason they brought the item to London and then get it back to the company. I asked them to pack it nicely, because from London the chair was supposed to be sent to Bulgaria. They did not! The transport company did it (also not very good); as a result there were scratches on the leather. The chair was rather costly.”

“Rocking chair This item was purchased as a special present to celebrate my 70th birthday. Having searched without success, for an upholstered rocking chair we were delighted to discover 'designer sofas4u'. We received excellent service as the firm were concerned that the colour of the upholstery was our exact choice and sent swatches of leather to enable us to match the colour with our existing furniture. The on-line order was confirmed by phone as was the delivery date. The quality of the chair is excellent and it is a very comfortable item of furniture.”

“Definitely 5 stars from me. Agree with the positive reviews as my experience from start to finish has been first class. Easy to navigate website, wanted a nice sofa and ordered two, two seater chesterfields in Antique Patchwork leather and a matching Queen Anne chair with footstool. Vicky and Bee have been so helpful and made sure I ordered correctly and that everything matched. They also advised on medium fill cushions for comfort and I was given an early delivery date and time slot. Delivery bang on time and the two guys were so helpful getting the sofas in with the minimum of fuss and I can’t begin to tell you how pleased I am with the sofas, I’m absolutely blown away, lovely looking sofas that ooze quality, so glad I found this company, would definitely recommend and would use again without hesitation. Designer Sofas 4 U = Five Star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Amazing service from beginning to end! The sales team were able to answer all my questions and concerns. The sofa bed was ready well within the guaranteed timeframe. I was particularly impressed with the delivery team, who had to get the sofa to the first floor and into an awkward, little area. I expected it to be difficult, but they were absolute pros. I have yet to test sleeping on the sofabed, but it is a stunningly beautiful piece of furniture and comfortable to sit on. I feel it was created just to my specifications, and honestly I am in love with it! Excellent out of 10!!!”

“Bought a corner Chesterfield sofa, specialised to have firm cushions and taller feet as I have a back problem. The sofa was made to order and arrived when expected. I was delighted with the comfort and quality overall but there was a minor problem with one of the cushions. A replacement cushion was made and sent to me with no quibble. The after sales service from Kayleigh was second to none. Definitely recommended.”
