“Delighted with the product and it arrived on time. Designer Sofas were extremely helpful during the process and kept me up to date on my order. On delivery the guys called me an hour before and were very friendly and courteous. Would highly recommend this company.”

“We ordered on line, then got a phone call from them to check the order details which was great because we were not sure of the colour of the studs but the lady explained and changed the order after our chat. Then regular emails with progress, then nearer the time another phone call to offer a delivery date with loads of notice so overall a very simple but efficient process and service. Brilliant, many thanks.”

“These lovely leather sofas were worth waiting for. We ordered them in/05/when we visited the showroom, and knew they wouldn't be ready for a long time (they came from Italy), due to Covid etc. They were delivered in October on a day when many local roads were closed due to extensive flooding, and arrived very late in consequence (after 7pm). However, we were impressed that they arrived at all! The sofas were beautifully and safely packaged in huge boxes which protected them well. The 2 man team who delivered them carried them to the room very carefully. We would have no hesitation buying from this company again.”

“Fab choice and easy to navigate site. Free swatches to see the actual colours. The prices appear really good and when you receive your furniture you realise they actually are good prices. The quality is great. My item was delivered into my front room so no heaving heavy furniture around. Great experience all round, the only problem was choosing the right piece for me.”

“My father died 18 months ago and there was a little money left to me. Rather than spending on a holiday or even worse household bills I decided I would have a "Thinking Chair" for my office ( I work from home ). I knew I wanted a Chesterfield Armchair, preferably Oxblood and it had to be leather and sturdy ( I have a full frame) I spent weeks searching for Leather Chesterfields with deep wings and high enough for my head not to hang over the back. I kept coming back to Designer Sofas 4 U they seemed to have the biggest range of anyone else I found. Their pricing was perfect for me - not cheap and cheerful or second mortgage expensive. I ordered a chair and waited a little nervously for it to arrive. I received a call a week before the quoted date and after a couple of calls ( I missed one call) with extremely helpful people. My chair arrived. After the delivery drivers left I nervously picked it up and realised how good the quality of the was. I moved it to the living room before taking upstairs to my office and there it has stayed. I love my chair and maybe I will have to order another for my office I highly recommend DesignerSofas4U for their service and the quality of their chairs. I realise I have been very complimentary but I would like to assure you I have no personal relationship with the company or staff and am just a very satisfied customer”

“Delivery guys very friendly and helpful, I had the 2 seater Chesterfield and 2 queen anne chairs x 2 footstool and puff the colour was ivory it was a bit darker than the picture shown apart from that it is a great investment and looks amazing I give you guys a5rating from the customer service to the delivery ?”

“I bought a sofa in April and was absolutely thrilled with it,however,in August I noticed a tiny bit of stitching loose,I contacted them and the after sales person(Samantha W)got straight back to me,the sofa cushion was returned,repaired the same day they recieved it and immediately sent back to me and I received it back the next day. I highly recommend Designer Sofas4u for the quality of their Sofas and their excellent after sales service.”

“We went to the show room and we’re shown the full range of what designer sofas 4 you did.We order what we wanted we were told how long it would take to make. We were message with a delivery date. The suit was delivered on that day and the suit was everything we hoped for.”
