“I purchased a dress from Desigual. While I loved it the sleeves were too tight and I had to return it. I had purchased the largest size. The customer service I received was excellent. I called and while no one was available immediately, I did get a call back within a few days. The person assisted me on the return process. My credit card was refunded within a week of me dropping the dress at Canada Post (paid for by Desigual). Excellent customer service. And I love their clothing. Have bought many dresses for my granddaughter. They have been passed on to several other grandchildren.”
“I had the worse experience with The Ring Mall Desigual . I had spend a lots of money and went back just to exchange for a smaller size as what I got was big for my brother , however Stoyanova refused and it was so rude with me she even said she doesn’t care and she has no time to talk!

“First of all prices are astronomically high and unjustified!!! I tried to buy couple of times discounted clothes but never completed the order because when you add to cart discounted item it immediately adds shipping fee which at the end is the same as I would buy an item with the original price. Doesn't make any sense! The discounts are not real. There is no really a discount, they do everything the way to sell at the end with the original price. More so if you want to talk to virtual assistant it is never possible, it designed in such a way that you always have to come back to an initial menu and eventually no one talks to you. Never thought that this brand can have such a poor and low class service taking into account the their prices. Avoid forever!!!”
