Good afternoon. I am sorry that you have not received the items you ordered. These were sent out on 28th March and the tracking number was sent to you. It appears that with the Easter Holiday, Royal Mail second class post is taking longer than normal. I have checked the tracking and it states that Royal Mail attempted delivery on 8th April. They should have left you a card so that you can rearrange the delivery for a time that suits you. If they did not leave a card, please use the tracking number we sent you to rearrange the delivery.

“Without the help of my NHS Nurse, Alex, there was no way I was going to administer the instructions to activate the machine. The written instructions were utterly confusing and the 2 pictures meant nothing. Other than that I think, now that it is up and running, is going to be helpful.”

Obviously as we are only the distributor we did not write the instructions, however, I will feed your comments back to the manufacturer so that they can review these. I hope now that you have it set up and running you find it beneficial.

Good afternoon. I am sorry to hear that you are not very happy with your product. The instructions on the box state to place the stimulator on the lower abdomen (above the pubic bone) before commencing passing urine and apply gentle pressure to activate the vibration (if you are unable to exert sufficient pressure to activate, then use the on/off button on the back. Keep the stimulator vibrating while uring is being passed and for about one to two minutes after you feel you have finished. I trust this information will help you get the best out of your product.
