“I am very pleased with the results I am achieving using the NeuroTrac Continence stimulation machine. I was lent one for six weeks by my local hospital. I was so impressed that I have now purchased one for myself. I was also impressed with the ease of purchasing one from de Smit, it arrived in just a few days well packed and with clear instructions.”

When I ordered the item there was no note on the website that it would be on pr-order, Payment has gone through and when I emailed a query to the helpdesk my response from them felt rather blunt. I can't comment on the actual product, but not overly impressed with the customer service.”

Good afternoon. I am sorry that you have not received the items you ordered. These were sent out on 28th March and the tracking number was sent to you. It appears that with the Easter Holiday, Royal Mail second class post is taking longer than normal. I have checked the tracking and it states that Royal Mail attempted delivery on 8th April. They should have left you a card so that you can rearrange the delivery for a time that suits you. If they did not leave a card, please use the tracking number we sent you to rearrange the delivery.
