I am very pleased with the results I am achieving using the NeuroTrac Continence stimulation machine. I was lent one for six weeks by my local hospital. I was so impressed that I have now purchased one for myself. I was also impressed with the ease of purchasing one from de Smit, it arrived in just a few days well packed and with clear instructions.

After renting for 12 weeks I found the piece of equipment to difficult to understand how to operate it when youre in your 60's . I returned it several weeks early - very disappointed

I have been using the de Smit medical system for 4 weeks and very impressed with the progress so far and wished I had found out about it sooner . So pleased and feel this is going to sort my prolapse . Big thumbs up for product .

Hi Jonny, thank you for your professional service and being happy to help when needed. I have now been using the vPad-RF diathermy tester for a couple of years and it has become an essential piece of test equipment. It has improved the efficiency of servicing our ESUs, with no more hand written test results that need scanning later, a great improvement in our record keeping.

TENS machine arrived very quickly and works well. The only issue I have had is that the information booklet does not specify how frequently each programme should be used, and I had to consult my specialist physio to get this advice.

Still awating delivery. When I ordered the item there was no note on the website that it would be on pr-order, Payment has gone through and when I emailed a query to the helpdesk my response from them felt rather blunt. I can't comment on the actual product, but not overly impressed with the customer service.

Appalling delivery - so far poor service! Awaiting confirmation that item is in post. It would be better to have the items purchased and test them before you send out a request for a review!

Good afternoon. I am sorry that you have not received the items you ordered. These were sent out on 28th March and the tracking number was sent to you. It appears that with the Easter Holiday, Royal Mail second class post is taking longer than normal. I have checked the tracking and it states that Royal Mail attempted delivery on 8th April. They should have left you a card so that you can rearrange the delivery for a time that suits you. If they did not leave a card, please use the tracking number we sent you to rearrange the delivery.
I found the item I needed with help from my nurse. It was ordered and arrived very quickly thank you
