“Packaging not recyclable - The service was good and the products seem so far to be fine but the packaging could not be recycled. It was also not entirely biodegradable. The container had a lot of "sticky tape" on it and it consisted of paper stuck onto plastic. Unfortunately, the adhering plastic "bobble wrap" meant that the item was unsuitable for paper recycling. Plastic "bobble wrap" is recyclable where I live but it was so firmly stuck to the paper that I could not detach the plastic. The one good thing was that the package was very light but 100% recyclable would be better, esp if your company prospers and sends many such packages around the world.”

“Very simple to order - Very simple to order, however, the description could be clearer in that the device came ready to go with leads and battery. I ordered these as extras as I was unaware that they were included and now have 3 leads and a spare battery. The device itself is, however, excellent and well worth the money.”

“Bought this to replace an older model. - Bought this to replace an older model. The + and - buttons seem to work slightly differently. To raise the ‘strength’ on a multi program when it gets to 67 you have to go down to 66 and then up to 90. Totally unnecessary in my opinion.”

I then enlisted the support of a friend who is adept at such things and she had difficulty with it also.”
