“I recently added a Ranger 2000 to my 1200. The app control is next level. Although it’s brighter, to me the biggest advantage is to be able to control the brightness level and direction within the app. And you can change colors as well.

“The ordering and shipping process was very efficient. I received emails when I put in my order, letting me know it was shipped and also when it was delivered at my door-step. The light is very sturdy, good light output (I got the 1200 and it seems enough for our camping needs). Have used it only once so far, but with only one side lit up on max, it run for over 6 hours with no issues. My only complaint (reason for 4 stars) is that the clamps on the extension pole could use some beefing up. They are quite flimsy when compared to the high quality of the light and a couple of them do not grasp the pole tight enough to where I can push the extension into the lower pole.”

“Devos makes my life safer and easier. They also have the best customer service. The light making anywhere I call home day light when I need it to be or using the motion sensor in areas I don’t feel safe really have made traveling easier. “I have a 1200. The light itself works good, if I dim it down it will last through the night.
The extension rod is just okay, in a high wind you can only extend it about 2/3rds of the way.
The tripod is not suitable for camping, it will blow right over in the wind.
I use a 4foot piece of 1 -1/4 inch pvc banged into the ground and that works fine.
The light is pricey, I camp at the texas coast at the gulf of Mexico, we'll see how well it does over time.”

“I haven’t had a chance to use the light in the wild just yet but I tried it out in the backyard. It’s definitely bright enough, and the reason I got it was for the red light feature. Also bright enough to illuminate the campsite and the fact it won’t attract swarms of bugs will be great. Looking forward to put it real use and see how long the battery lasts.”

“When the packagre arrived, found a problem with their motion detector where the time knob just kept on twisting without stopping at the start and end of the setting values. Contacted customer service via email, but never got a response. I really like their light ranger 2000, but the motion dectector is flimsy and defective. Most importantly the customer service is very poor and nonresponsive. Good luck if I ever have any future issues with their product.”
