“Been working with Devos for years. But since then I've tried to reach out and heard nothing back. I was having an issue with my Lightranger2000 and needed to get one of the amber strips fixed.
I have had some people who have bought the product as well through my links who have had issues and state they can't get a hold of anyone at the company to resolve it. A bit disappointing honestly because the product is the best in the market.
*UPDATE: Ever since I wrote the original review (I'm so glad they actually read these) Devos contacted me and resolved my issue. They apologized that somehow my original emails slipped through the cracks and that I shouldn't have had to go through that. They got me squared away and did everything to make it right and then some. Thank you for reading the reivews and putting the customers first. Truly. I know as a business it CAN get crazy specially for a ground roots kind of company who just want to make a stellar product backed by great customer service. I'm happy now guys. Truly. That's all I wanted in the end and I'm glad I can continue using the lights I've always loved.”
“The multi color light arrived with the stand and it is very well built. I had an issue with my order and they responded very fast and took care of immediately. Everyone I’ve shown it to likes it. You get a nice bag that has velcro straps on the inside. There is also a small zipper pouch in the bag that holds the charger and cable. Plus the bag is just long enough that the optional battery top, which I bought, fits inside as well. I would highly recommend their lights. The Overland Exo videos get their name out but not enough justice for what you get for the money. I’m very happy.”

“Lights work great. Two improvements I think would be nice are: 1. The seasucker mounts should allow for the lights to swivel so when mounted on a surface that is not level then you can level the light. 2. Bluetooth needs better connection. Lags and you can’t turn the light on if it’s been off for a certain period of time. This functionally was a big reason I purchased.”

“Absolutely love this light. I’ll be using this for many years. The app is quick, easy and responsive. If I had one critique it would be the bag. It’s plenty strong enough but It would be nice if it hade MOLLE straps and the accessories could have their own bags which would then attach. To the outside. It’s a minor thing, so I’m still giving it a 5 star review.”
