“Ordering the item was a simple process from start to finish. The item received within a satisfactory period of time and it was packed in a most exemplary manner within 2 cardboard boxes to minimise the possibility of damage during delivery.”

“We ordered the largest Chasseur casserole in chilli red. Delivery excellent. We did not think that we would use it that much, mainly for Dutch oven bread baking. However, there are plenty of times when we wished we had two! We do slow beef casseroles, stews on top of the stove, cook beans from raw after soaking etc. etc. Such even cooking and wish we had not waited until our seventies to buy one. Best kitchen purchase ever! Ten stars!”

“The service was very fast, arrived the following day which was a nice surprise, I was kept up to date as to the progress of the delivery and the items were spot on and a very welcome addition to my new kitchen, I have already recommended your company and will certainly continue to use you. “Excellent service with goods extremely well packaged and promptly delivered in time for Christmas. Probably worthy of a 5-star rating but I've stuck with a 4 because, strangely, I could have sourced the same goods more cheaply from a 3rd party outlet. However, they couldn't guarantee Christmas delivery, so maybe that was reflected in the price.”

“Very happy. I ordered some oven gloves that are the perfect colour and are thin enough to get a good grip on things but not let heat transfer through. Great! :-)”

“Good prompt service however, the rectangular griddle pan ordered was sold as induction suitable but unfortunately the bottom surface is dished and only makes contact with the hob in a very small area at each end. This is totally unsuitable for an induction hob and had to be returned.”

“I was looking for a small pan something to maybe heat milk up in nothing else when I received my Dexam pan it wouldn't of looked out of place in a dolls house. Customer service didn't bother answering when I raised this concern so they can read it on this review. Disappointed & a waste of money.”

“Our parcel arrived in good time and beautifully packed. One small thing: we gaily threw away all the ‘polystyrene’ beads in the dustbin only to discover when we reached the bottom of the box that they were soluble in water. So I had to fish them out of the wheelie. A note on the top of the parcel would have prevented this. Well done for going for soluble packaging though!”
