“Terrible customer service. Had leather settee delivered January. Service Manager agreed cushion was flawed and ordered a replacement to be delivered early May. Not received it,rung customer service who told me cushion had been reordered but couldn't tell me why and said I needed to speak to store in Cardiff Gate. Cannot contact them because phone number redirects to Central customer service who I've spoken to. Rubbish, take your money and then forget about you”
“Ordered a suite on 24 January was told delivery would be 10 weeks. Then told it would be 3rd of may, then told it would be 16th of may. This is 16 weeks after ordering. Tried to cancel, couldn't cancel because we had to wait for a call from the store. Store didn't call, rang call centre back, they terminated the call because I was recording it. The service is atrocious, staff don't call back. I paid cash for this suite back in January where the salesperson was very nice but, once they had my money, no one wants to speak to me. Please don't believe anything they say because once they have your money, there is no care.”
“Do not shop at Dfs, Cardiff. I bought a Florence marble table from there last year in July. It took3.5 months to be delivered. As was made in Italy. Purchased at £500.
Received it in October. 5 months on there is a large crack on the edge, running from a feint line that was on it, when it was delivered. Although I have a years guarantee. They will not cover it! They want an additional £165 to provide a replacement!!”

“Avoid....buying from DFS!!!Bought Cassano leather 2 seater and 3 seated sofa 20/03/18 costing £2000 and had nothing but problems with it from 18/09/2018 the seat cushions just go flat they are fiber filled,they go flat on seats,the seat cushions look shocking for a sofa that only 18 months old,this sofa looks like it 10 years old.the service manage has now been out 4/5 occasions,it’s also been taking back to Dfs 3 times to be fix the problem which clearly has not worked,after sofa returns from being repaired 4 weeks later the cushions are flat like your sitting on wood,he also came out today and told me there’s nothing else he can do so now I’m going to trading standard as this is not fit for purpose.big company’s like this can’t keep getting away with stealing peoples hard earned money and getting away with it.avoid avoid!!!!”

I paid for a product and paid £1,000.0 they give me a receipt of £800,00 and I am still contacting them to get my £200.00 refund but to no avail.
After several attempts to contact them they promised to call me back up to now nothing fruitful to my request. This is backed by the store manager so please beware purchasing transactions with the sales agents.
This incident happened recently at old Kent road branch in South London. The current store manager there aware and he's behind the syndicate.
They never get back to it and I'm still waiting.”
“Bought latex king size mattress went all flat sent dfs engineer he agreed and said they will replace with new .phoned up about four weeks and they said they we're in dispute with the company who make them not cheap £700 ,So I said I have lost my faith in that firm,and would like to order a different one,they said fine pick new one and delivery free.WoW what a amazing company 10 out of 10 customer service”
“Was let down by fab sofas going into liquidation and taking a £470 deposit and no sofas. Went looking again as I needed new sofas. Went into DFS and had a look around spoke to a salesperson and explained my situation so the salesperson spoke to his manager and gave me 10% off on top of the sale price. So saved most of the £470 deposit I lost. Thanks DFS store in Ayr Scotland.”
