Paul from DFS Nottingham went the extra mile and personally delivered our new chair and footstool in the evening. Fantastic customer service - thank you DFS and thank you very much Paul.

We would like to say a big thank you to dfs furniture from the staff in the show room to the delivery drivers thank you but a very big thank you to the delivery drivers who helped us taking old sofa out to the new one in.thank you again

Had a very enjoyable experience dealing with our salesman in the Milton Keynes Winterhill store. He was pleasant and not pushy, andswered our questions honestly and without predjudice, and when we were ready to decide took our payment efiiciently and politely. I wish more sales people took a leaf out this book. Well done Aiyaz.

Cannot fault them. I was regularly updated, even when the first delivery date had to be cancelled they still kept me informed. Sofa was delivered with no problem, they rang me 30 mins before they arrived, very helpful guys and sofa installed quickly with no problems. Very happy customer.

Had a lovely Owen corner sofa delivered yesterday in Ash grey, great customer service, friendly delivery team and a very comfortable sofa. Very pleased 😊

I visited dfs in crawley mall in search of sofabed. I haven't decided as yet, but I want to say thank you to Michael Lindop, he went threw many options/ranges, was very helpful and made my visit to this store a pleasure.

We purchased two sofas from the Droitwich Branch nearly two years ago.However and although we were thrilled with our purchases an issue developed which gave rise to making contact with the General Manager for assistance and redress. He initially sent out a representative to examine and appraise the condition immediately. After a brief and civilised approach to resolution by all concerned in this Issue the issue was handled in an extremely fair and honest way by the General Manager Matt Fereday. He arranged for and rectified the position with expediency in a friendly and totally gentlemanly manner in the shortest possible time.Service delivery was just excellent. . We have never been dealt with in such a dignified and understanding manner by a company like DFS. We are therefore totally happy and grateful for the help of this team and have no compunction in recommending DFS to anyone considering purchase from this Company, Thank you Matt Fereday we appreciate your help in this matter and will be back in the future. Overall have received great service, we purchased sofas over 4 years ago. We whad. Problem with the frame which broke (not sure how - over the holiday period and had visitors, and noticed one evening it had ‘dropped’ at one end - whereframe was broken). Did an online live chat/message, they passed mobile number over and had a call from the local store within the week. Appointment made for the service manager to call, was just expecting a quick visit to assess the frame and to make further arrangements. But service manager fixed it THERE & THEN in around 1/2 an hour, was really impressed.

Was stressing out over which size sofa I could have in my flat when Kuma the sales person from Beckton store talked me through what I could have and how it would fit . So relieved Thanks dfs

I don’t understand the bad reviews?! I have to say I found them quite amazing, from start to finish! Found the whole thing stress free and super speedy, The staff are lovely and so on top of things! They where on it all the way! The finance excellent and interest free, the delivery not only super quick, the delivery drivers wonderful, they didn’t even ask about access, they didn’t quibble or moan like other delivery drivers I’ve had, got in with it, very professional. I didn’t really have a good impression of Dfs at first and I don’t know why, but they are truly not short of fantastic!

Was let down by fab sofas going into liquidation and taking a £470 deposit and no sofas. Went looking again as I needed new sofas. Went into DFS and had a look around spoke to a salesperson and explained my situation so the salesperson spoke to his manager and gave me 10% off on top of the sale price. So saved most of the £470 deposit I lost. Thanks DFS store in Ayr Scotland.

This is our 5th sofa from DFS and I'd never had a problem,but with our new sofa there were a couple of marks,I phoned customer service and they sent a service manager out to view,he agreed with the problems and has arranged replacement parts straight away,can't fault there service

Bought a sofa back in 2020, Grand Designs range, £4500. Delivery was a nightmare and contacted me the day before the due date to suggest that they still hadnt made it and was waiting on the fabric to be delivered before they could commence the build. i contacted the COO on linkedin (the normal customer complaints channel was useless) to express my disappointment and frustration. The communication from the company was then exemplary. A new delivery date was confirmed and it was met. The quality of the sofa has (so far) been fantastic and is my children's favourite toy for making bases/wrestling. So far no marks, tears or any other faults. The pillows have not lost their shape despite being stuffed with a new material (recycled plastic) and having very heavy use. It would be higher but the initial delivery was appalling, but I felt the senior management really wanted to make things better, and I shouldnt really have to escalate to the SMT through Linkedin. But the quality of the sofa has been 10/10.

There was quite a delay in getting my sofa and chair but well worth the wait. Looks great electric recliners work perfectly. Delivery men were great rang before delivery and put everything together for us, even took away all packaging. My advice is to be patient and hopefully you will be as happy with your delivery as I have been
