“I went through a fairly extensive intake with them over Whattsapp in December of 2024. I was told Mr. Mehmet Demircioglu would provide me a customized surgical plan in 1-2 weeks. I have not received anything since despite sending all the required documentation. Ive reached out to them twice since then - once January 15th and again February 9th to inquire about the status of my procedure and was told I could expect something within a few days. Its now almost 3 months later and I have not been provided with a surgical plan or even a quote.”

Creating a personalized medical report by Dr. Mehmet Demircioglu can be a time-intensive process, occasionally taking longer than anticipated. As for your case, on Whatsapp, you completed your part of the consultation process on December 27, 2024, by submitting the required photos and answering the consultation questions. Subsequently, we forwarded your materials to Dr. Mehmet Demircioglu to develop a customized surgery plan for your case. While we aim to deliver this within 1-2 weeks, sometimes backlogs can extend this timeframe. On days Dr. Mehmet Demircioglu is performing surgeries, he is unable to review prospective patients' head photos. These evaluations are conducted on his days off, and he can complete a maximum of 4-5 medical assessments daily, so we are diligently working to clear the backlog of consultations. Our process, while it may seem slower, is thorough. Patients at our clinic can trust that Dr. Mehmet Demircioglu meticulously prepares their surgical plans, as he will perform the procedure. In contrast, many other clinics have surgical plans made by call center staff who lack surgical expertise. These plans often rely on templates, leading to discrepancies when the medical team crafts a new plan on the day of surgery, leaving patients confused and shocked. At Diamond Hair Clinic, we completely avoid this risk. Thus, our approach can be best described as "slowly but surely." Note: Additionally, although your medical report was ready by February 11th, an error on our part prevented it from being sent to you. The medical report was emailed to you on February 19, 2025, exactly 54 days after you completed the necessary steps on your end, including submitting photos and answering our consultation questions. Hi Mr Ray, firstly you have never been our hair transplant patient and you had not operation in Diamond Hair Clinic. Yesterday, you contacted us by WhatsApp and you asked the price. But according to our working principles we can't share price or any other information without receiving head photos from patients. Our hair transplant surgeon Dr Mehmet Demircioglu evaluate them one by one. Every day a few hours the doctor evaluate patient candidates photos. After this evaluation, we prepare a medical report and we send it to with email to patients. It is our working approach. But unfortunately, you did not accept to share your head photos with us and you insulted us on the Whatsapp with pretty bad words. But we protected our respect and we did not reply it. You don't have the right to talk us like that. We shame to share your insults here and we didn't deserve it. We did only our job and wanted your head photos. We are sorry about your situation because most probably you have a problem with yourself. If we share our WhatsApp conversation screenshot to here everyone can understand what we are talking about but we don't do that because your insults were really disgusting. We made this explanation because people must know it.
