“Great communications with seller and they accommodated my requests to ship at a later date so I could be in town to receive. Customs clearance was great as they did all the work. The storage couch was received in damage condition due to shipping handling (shipping box was pierced in several areas where damage occurred). One interior lid catch was also defective or never properly connected on the storage couch. Doll received in perfect condition and quality exceeded expectations. A couple of days after receipt, the right leg knee joint malfunctioned and the right lower leg now swings up and down freely (will not hold a position).
