“Ben is very supportive and has helped me lose 4 & half stone in 9 months. The laps and group chats are a brilliant free resource that help keep me going. Ben has a knack of sending something into the chat at just the right time helping me refocus my mindset and stopping me caving in. I would highly recommend Ben dietbud. The program works!”

“Ben gave me the confidence and the self belief I needed to get on my weight loss journey and stick at it. I’m 9 weeks on and have lost 16kg. Ben checks in personally a few times a week as I’m quiet in the group chat. He encourages all in the group to share pictures of meals and shakes and a massive one for me was he encouraged me to share progress pictures and I felt so comfortable doing that in the group chat. Ben encourages us all to interact as well as giving the support needed to succeed. Well done Ben, you do an amazing job at supporting us all”

“Ben has helped change my life! I started on the plan in September 2023 and with the support of Ben and the herbalife marathon team I hit my 3 stone loss in February 2024. The plan works, the shakes are tasty and the support and banter that you get from a very down to earth coach is amazing!”

“Ben always processes orders promptly, and provides a good service. The Vanilla product tastes delicious and I use this as a meal replacement at times when my IBS is playing up. It allows my stomach to settle but still provides me with what I need to energise my day.”
