Hi Helen We dispatched your order on the 2nd of October which was the day after you placed your order. Normally deliveries to Ireland take 2-3 business days. The last day it should have arrived would have been Monday the 7th, but from looking at the tracking on DPD's website, they didn't deliver on time. I can only apologise for that but obviously we ship orders out ASAP, then we rely on DPD to complete the final part of your order and deliver in a timely manner. I'm happy to refund your postage, as you are a valued customer and we certainly don't like seeing negative reviews about our delivery times when our partners at DPD have seemingly made the error. Please get back to me when you can and we'll arrange the postage refund :) Kind Regards Ben
