It has Cheaper Pricing compared to other competitors, Makes attempting to maintain the diet easier. Unfortunately if we look at the whole experience I’ve been waiting approximately a week for my order when I paid for express delivery, this has left me in a state of ambivalence and now that I’ve run out of my current product, it has frustrated me over the weekend and furthermore broke the cycle I’m used to by having to have a meal other than my usual shake. Other than this unfortunate experience, customer support has been good so far and provided much needed clarification on the matter and to no avail; still waiting for my order.. It may be the odd occurrence but not having the item when you need/expect it can be quite frustrating. Hope to receive my order soon to see the quality of the product and packaging.

Hi Helen! Thanks for your review :) - I've taken a look at your order. We did ship your order out in good time but seemingly our carrier DPD haven't managed to seemingly deliver it in good time. I'll look into why it's taken so long to get to you and get back to you. I have tracked your order and can see it's out for delivery today however. Normally all orders are delivered within 2-3 working days, so our apologies for the delay.

Well service was good but the flavour of the mint chocolate has changed it is not very nice at all anymore.

Hello there, thanks for your review! Herbalife recently changed the ingredients slightly into the Mint Choc, so whilst the flavour isn't massively changed, I understand where you're coming from as there is no longer any actual mint chocolate chip bits. What I would advise is to ensure you use a blender if possible, I've tried it myself and I can taste the difference but it isn't overly worse off than before, but if it isn't blended, I can't imagine it tasting very nice! We'll feedback your comments to Herbalife directly however, and obviously moving forward we hope you find another shake flavour you enjoy :) - A favourite of ours is Raspberry & Blueberry :) Thanks Ben

I placed an order on 30th September and still not received it considering I paid for delivery so am disappointed.

Hi Anita. We have emailed you 2 days ago to advise DPD had actually lost your package. We re dispatched your order on Friday and due to the inconvenience we sent you a 100g Herbal Beverage rather than the 50g that you ordered. Sometimes these things happen and once the package leave our warehouse it is out of our control for the final delivery. Although it's very rare DPD will lose a package, when they do we do all we can to ensure the disruption to the customer (you) is minimal. Please accept our apologies for the delay and we hope you decide to give us a positive review next time. We've also just tried to call you but it went to voicemail. Feel free to call us back.
