“I'm on my forth day and doing ok so far. I didn't like the PDM in my F1 so I have left it out, maybe i'm not doing it right. The tea was an acquired taste at first but now i'm used to it. I have been drinking between 3 & 4 litres of water a day. I'm looking forward to see what the scales say after my first week.”
